The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.
I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.
I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!
All drinks here are basically water. Theres never any actual flavored drinks here (green tea, lemonade, or iced coffee) they are always so watered down to the point there’s no flavor.

Literally sitting here with my daughter waiting for her toasted bagel. How can people come after us with fully cooked meals get their food before us.

Great customer service! & the food was amazing I got the fiesta chicken sandwich and a Greek salad. The quality was great! I will be back to this location also the manager Jimmy was very friendly looked like he cared about the employees and company as a whole. Also Amanda was great too she is also a manager the whole staff is amazing. I will go out of my way to come to this location

I dont mean this to sound mean or anything, but I’ve been coming to Paneras for over 15 years and I’ve ordered a toasted baguette with no problems. Never in my life have i experienced the repeated difficulty that I do at this location. The baguette wasn’t toasted even though the cashier told them verbally about it and the person told me that there was a microwave out there I should use, and I asked calmly, “I’ve always just had it toasted, do you have a toaster or are you able to toast it?” And they repeatedly kept saying there’s a microwave for me to use Pretty much arguing to me. Someone else thankfully came and picked my bread and toasted it. I have no clue why it was such a big deal to them to not toast something?? And why they felt the need to make an argument?? Also everytime I order a drink at this location and then it says it’s ready I go up and then they ask me what I ordered and I have to tell them my drink. Kind of frustrating to have it happen every single time I'm not sure why i order a cup anymore if I have to ask for one everytime? I don’t want to come here to have issues but they give me some kind of issue everytime. I know this place doesn’t go with Panera standards. Just an issue here every time, its frustrating.
Their costumer service is amazing! And the people preparing the food in this place are phenomenal! I’ve been visiting here for quite sometime now and these folks are always so pleasant. The environment is always very relaxed with a touch of music in the background. Great place to just enjoy a good nutritious meal and be easy.

Spent $7 on a breakfast sandwich this morning just for the bread to be stale. Didn’t realize until I got home and went to eat it. The bread was so stale on certain parts that it hurt to chew. 12 hours later and my jaw still hurts. Sad that the quality of their product does not match the price. Would’ve just went to McDonalds had I known.

The assistant manager sue is very rude , and she’s very racist if you are black and want to work at the paneras on Atlantic & Southside Boulevard it’s a waste of your time she do not make eye contact when she talking to you she had me to do 2 job application cause she claims to not see the first one she told me before the interview she normally don’t do interviews with out the application but because I was already there she guess she’ll do it she also claims it’s no communication in the store because she was basically trying to make me do 3 interviews after I told her I had already did one with the general manager she swear she knew nothing about it and basically told me in so many words she didn’t believe me and would ask the general manager for clarification to see if I was telling the truth or not and all so told me if they did hire me she had to see where I would fit in at cause they didn’t have room for me when I told her my availability was open and I feel she was discriminating against me
