LUNCH RUSH STAFF ARE ROCKSTARS. I used the app to order food and revceived email confirmation but, turns out, the store never receive the order! I pulled up to the window and the incredible woman told me they didn't have my order but she called over the manager. I showed the manager my confirmation email and they MADE MY FOOD SO QUICKLY. Thank you all for being wonderful.

Panera's food had gone down in quality quite a bit. I ordered my usual Mediterranean grain bowl for the first time in awhile, they have changed most of the stuff they put on it, and the ingredients weren't fresh at all. Had to stop eating it because it tasted like plastic. They also charged like $2 extra for one slice of avocado. I think I'll just stick to getting drinks here from now on. Would like to add that the staff is always friendly, this is purely a food complaint ??

I ordered teriyaki chicken and broccoli when I arrive and I sit down to eat my food, I only have a lot of rice and a little broccoli with two pieces of chicken. I am very disappointed with this order.

This is the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. Waiting in the drive through line (that you can’t get out of) for over 20 MINUTES just to get two bagels ????? Be for real. Y’all have got to do better.

I went thru the drive thru last week on a Thursday morning and was met with the most adorable, pleasantful knowledgeable and happy cashier named Skylaeur. I originally wasnt feeling good and she made my day turn around. She has an beautiful smile and very upbeat. I also had a tomato soup, green tea, and half of grilled cheese sandwich which were all very delicious. Def would go back esp if Skylauer is working. I loved her spirit and how fast she was in service.
my chicken sandwich had almost none of the toppings the only normal amount was the extra mixed

Just stopped by to get coffee, waited at the door with other customers to be served only to be told that they wouldn’t be able to serve us. The manager stepped in 5 minutes before the opening time of the store.One more thing, when you see a person called Michelle, you’d go home with negative vibes that always come free with your coffee.
