Panera Bread

Waited 45 mins for a sandwich and a cup of soup. Very disappointed in the wait time.

After an order went terribly wrong, I called the store and I was promised they would correct this issue by sending the missing items out ( this was ordered for a work meeting)
The representative Anaiah lied to me and later I called and spoke to a gentleman that was not owning up to the failiure of his team, beyond disappointed.
Do not order from this location!

It is a bakery, you order at tge counter, sandwiches ab d soup are delicious includig the variety of breads and sweets. I also love their egg dishes which sell out fast.

I placed a delivery order to be brought to my work at the urgent care I work for since I am unable to leave to get something. My main food was fine. But I ordered a pastry where all three of them came in severely burned, very small, and just all out disgusting. I couldn’t eat any of them. They were rock solid. This is extremely unacceptable to me, especially considering how expensive Panera is. Do better.

The manager, Aniyah (sp?) was very courteous and professional. She made my Panera experience much better. I’d recommend her and this location to anyone in the Jacksonville area.

My hubby and I loved our time here, it's our first night out on a date without our little ones in a long while and Panera definitely filled our bellies and made us leave with smiles. The chefs were so sweet and definitely made the food with love <3

I was going to order but when I looked in the kitchen no one had on hair nets and quite a few had hair past their shoulders

What's not to like? The decor is starting to look dated but otherwise it's Panera near a massive outdoor mall. I've had only good experiences here.

Wrong food received.

Typical Panera. Food was OK. Did come out quickly. Plenty of space. The hibiscus tea is no longer out front like before - not sure why. Lemonade was out. Prices are still climbing every time I go. I am not paying $9 for a cup of soup which is a bummer cause it's really good.

Brought my wife and daughter in for dinner tonight after shopping. Out of chips. Out of bottled water. Out of lids for the drinks. Out of napkins. Lights don’t work in the restroom. I said something to the woman behind the counter and she thought it was funny. It wasn’t.

I wish I could give a higher review for this particular location, but as for the integrity of the management team and one of the employees who's no longer works with the company, they are severely lacking in that category! I left something very near and dear to me that was from my USMC cover; an EGA on a rope I had around my neck. I also left a twenty dollar bill for anyone who couldn't afford something to eat months ago and as a homeless college student and veteran of two tours it saddens me greatly to discover what I thought was an honorable company act less than. As for the other employees that work there I have nothing but the upmost respect for their work ethic. Its is such a disappointment to see a manager talk with such disrespect.
