We are in our fifties and were passing through town around lunch time on a Sunday and we stopped here because we had a gift card. Panera's portions seem to have gotten smaller over the years, especially for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised here. The sandwich and soup we ordered were excellent, not skimpy on the portions, and we encountered no problems at all. We would recommend it.

Quality of the food has taken a nose dive in the last 6-7 years. It's not worth the cost anymore.

I was craving a tuna salad sandwich after the gym last night, and unfortunately, Panera is the only restaurant near me that has ‘em… This is what I opened when I got home. Abysmal.

Love this Panera!! Food was great!!! And service was great!! Monica is so helpful and kind. I have a gluten allergy and she recommended some great options and was so patient with me as I took my time to decide. I ended up getting a chicken, egg, avocado, garlic sandwich without the bread. It was delicious!!!

I ordered a BLT sandwich, and it was honestly terrible. The bread was cold and hard, the bacon tasted old — like it had been sitting there for days — and the vegetables were awful. Nothing was fresh. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected from Panera.

I called to place and pay for an order of 2 dozen bagels for pick up at 6:45 am tomorrow. Person who answered the phone said they corpulent. Asked for a Manager. They told me the same thing. That a Panera doesn’t allow them to take phone orders, even with credit card. Lost a customer.

Ordered my sandwich with the very nice cashier Chase who always has good energy and it was not communicated to him that the bread I ordered was not in stock. The manager Stacia/Staja came out was nice but full of excuses on why they didn’t have the bread. I don’t care. Let your staff know so they can let the customer know. Now, I’m going to go buy my own bread to put my tuna on. Terrible experience.

I ordered from Uber Eats from this place, so nothing bad to say about Uber, but totally disappointed in the soup. I ordered half Broccoli cheddar and a half sandwich ....sandwich was ok....but if I order a cup of soup and pay for it, wait 30 minutes to get it delivered and it's half empty?... Really Panera???? I live in the sticks or I would have brought it back, but oh.....that's the point of delivery right?

This is the biggest and cleanest Panera I’ve ever seen. They have a full drive thru and a self ordering system. The pastry area is much smaller than other paneras in my opinion, but they did have a lot of options. We couldn’t find any trash cans which was weird so we left the trash on the table.
