Had two homeless guys screaming each other piece of s* and f* with noone in staff including manager who is watching take an action. Kids were in there and we all feel unsafe being in a Panera bread first time ever.
Staff is incompetent fulfilling orders did not enter reward for $99 purchase and later said sorry I cant enter your number
Vegetarian orders all came with meat and staff handpicked meat replaced without cleaning whole plate.
