Horrible experience! My BLT wasn't cut as it was a whole sandwich, and when I went to ask for it to be cut in half I received nothing but attitude. The manager AJ was pretty equal in attitude as he has zero service skills. Who ever runs this location in retrospect probably needs to be retrained or replaced. In enough time this like many locations will be closed.
I left, and went to Chick-fil-A which was full of customers in the dine in, drive thru...Example of incredible success. Oh, and instead of the $17.49 I spent at Panera I spent $12, and would gladly go back.

The portions seem small but are very filling. The ingredients are fresh and delicious.

I got a Togo order today that was brought to me by a family member and when I opened and started eating my sandwich, there was hair in it. I called the store 3 times (not during the specified “busy” times) and was never answered and all 3 of my calls were disconnected. I was calling to try to resolve the sandwich issue and all they did was exacerbate the issue by not answering and disconnecting my calls.
This is just one of MANY issues I have had at Panera and I can honestly say that in the last 10 visits they have gotten the orders wrong each time. It’s incredibly disappointing and just shows that they don’t care about quality. I’ll be contacting the corporate level to follow up on the issue since the store won’t answer their phones to handle customer service.
I waited about 2 hours and called 2 more times with the same outcome. No answer and calls both disconnected. The San Jose location obviously does not care about any phone calls they receive or the quality of the food they provide.

I had bad experience with Panera bread at baymedow brittany there and the other lady on the pick up station were so rude and unprofessional she got my order wrong 3 times and than they acted confused so I had to cancel my order there and drove all the way to this location and it is worth the driving .

Love Panera, but honestly, look at this portion size. Three spoon fulls for $7, of Mac and Cheese?!?
A whole value duet is same price and you get half a sandwich and a soup.
Asked the girl who prepped the order, “uh, yeh, that’s the portion size in the packet” huh, Yukh, is this microwaved and proportioned?!?

I would have rated 3 stars however after trying with no luck to reach a manager or employee when waiting to reach out after their quoted busy hours, I lowered my rating. They failed to add our sides to our order. While it might seem like a minor convenience, if you consider that it is half the meal, it is very disappointing. They gave butter for the first time ever after requested but failed to put the bread in the bag. I felt like that was a direct slap in the face when usually they provided bread and no butter. They even gave the delivery driver an attitude when the butter was requested. They also failed to add additional bread that was added to the order and the side to my child’s kids meal.

I have always had such delicious food from this Panera. The employees are very efficient and the price is affordable. Surely love how they treat their employees! Both of my daughters have worked at this Panera location for almost a couple years now.

I like this Panera Bread, even though there were a few misunderstandings and problems as to why the combo didn't come with a drink. I enjoyed coming here; the food was to my liking, although I could've sworn I put an order in for the spicy steak. I didn't complain because either way, it's not a big deal to me and mistakes happen. And I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was to my liking as well. Plus, I had to wait to confront the cashier which took some time and the only thing I didn't like was how they spelled my name wrong as Donivin but I guess I should be used to it by now that most people don't know how to spell my name properly for whatever reason it's a little annoying but anyway moving-on not that big of a deal.

I give this Panera Bread 4 out of 5 stars. I do recommend coming here if you ever need a quick fix for food when you are hungry. The people here were pretty nice!!
