Panera Bread

I like this Panera Bread, even though there were a few misunderstandings and problems as to why the combo didn't come with a drink. I enjoyed coming here; the food was to my liking, although I could've sworn I put an order in for the spicy steak. I didn't complain because either way, it's not a big deal to me and mistakes happen. And I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was to my liking as well. Plus, I had to wait to confront the cashier which took some time and the only thing I didn't like was how they spelled my name wrong as Donivin but I guess I should be used to it by now that most people don't know how to spell my name properly for whatever reason it's a little annoying but anyway moving-on not that big of a deal.

I give this Panera Bread 4 out of 5 stars. I do recommend coming here if you ever need a quick fix for food when you are hungry. The people here were pretty nice!!

This was my second time ordering through the app. My first experience they forgot my soup I called and the refunded…now this second time they forgot our baguette breads for both my husbands food and for mine…you’d think they would double check the whole order before it’s sealed up. There’s always something missing.

Placed an order for pick up. Once home I opened a chicken sandwich and it was missing the chicken. Called them and got the sandwich refunded.

Ordered a Mediterranean sandwich with extra pepperdew peppers and cucumbers. What I got was a sandwich missing the tomatoes, instead of extra pepperdew peppers they just took the regular amount and chopped the crap out of them. And instead of layering the items normally they decided to stack the ingredients in the middle of the bread and call it done. So I had to disassemble the whole sandwich and that's when I seen they didn't put everything on the sandwich. Never agt

My wife and I were so excited to go in tonight and have the French Chibatta dipper we kept seeing. As we were driving to the store we were going to order online and opened the app to our surprise we saw a coupon on the top of the page for a Bogo 5.00 deal. So before could order we were already at the store and just went in we let the cashier know we had a Bogo and first thing out of her mouth was we don’t do that any more. Huh!! The coupon was on your website and says it expires jauary 31 and it’s the 27th we don’t do that anymore is all she kept saying then we inquired about the 1.00 soup with purchase of 10.00. We don’t do that anymore is all she said. As we continued to go back and forth about why is it on your website someone else walked up and asked if she could help after we asked the same question she said yes we still have that deal and that was it, problem fixed or so we thought. After the other employee told her we do she gives us a total with out the discount and asked if we have a my Panera we said yes put our number again and she continues to give us the same total we asked her to take the discount off and I can’t make it up she asked again do we have a my Panera account and gives us the total with out the discount. Why would people argue with guest when we are showing them what there corporate office is promoting it and they continue to argue. Besides that the food it self was very flavor and I would recommend. I would of liked a little more meat as it looks nothing like the picture they advertised and maybe some more dipping sauce as you run out after the first half of your sandwich and all you have is French onion onions left. Besides our problem with the team member everything is always great at this location. We come all the time and meet our daughter for lunch or dinner here. Heck I gave my whole family a Panera gift card for Christmas .

Staff members looked all miserable except the lady at register. Steak and wake was mid at this location and first coffee tasted burnt but new pot of coffee 2nd round was huge improvement in taste.

Bought a Greek yogurt with berries for $4.99. The top of the yogurt was orange and disgusting. The manager was professional and offered to make a fresh one. I expected a fresh one the first time. No more!
