It has been a long time since I’ve been in a Panera and after coming to this location I’m not sure I’ll ever step foot in another. This place was filthy shoes stuck to the floor and it was every floor. If someone told me they didn’t actually own a mop I’d 100% believe it - I would bet walking in there 24 hours later it would be the exact same condition. Besides the lack of pride in the restaurant I only ordered a cinnamon roll and I had to microwave it myself. Again, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Panera but I will say I’ve never been to an actual restaurant that requires you to heat it up yourself. The cinnamon roll is clearly frozen and defrosted so I’d recommend going to Walmart picking one up there and heating it up. Service was fine - nothing stood out good or bad - they were nice enough to point to the microwave when I asked to get it warmed.

The food is good, but the price you pay for the food at a kiosk to then have to go get your food from the serving counter once its ready is why I give 4 stars overall. The food is great. The service, well I only spoke to one employee, and that was to find out where to get the 3.99 soda (fountain drink i paid for).

This location is filthy! The floors are sticky and haven’t been mopped in ages. The bathrooms are the same. It’s shocking for a corporate chain as large as this to allow a store to be this dirty and unkempt. Staff is always friendly but overshadowed by the filth. Badly need to hire a deep cleaning crew! Yikes

Forgot my asiago bagel on my online order. They did not offer to refund me when I called about it. They gave me a coupon for a bagel on the app. I went by the next day and they're still out of asiago bagels. How are you guys running ads for asiago bagel stacks and not making enough bagels to fulfill your orders?

Worst service and place. Purchased a sandwich for my son. He bit into it and ended up spitting out a FINGERNAIL. 🤢 when we went pack to show them. All they did was offer a replacement OR refund and an incident report. No reassurance, no shock, no anything. I asked how this could have happened, of they were checking videos for anyone not wearing gloves. They blamed it on the vendors. I should have known once I saw how disgusting the place is. Seats are sticky, dirty chairs/tables.

Second time thru the drive thru at this location. First time when I got home the sandwich was thrown together very poorly, it was an awful mess. I thought to give this location one more chance. Food was fine but I got soup and salad and did not get a plastic spoon or fork and should have received both. Seems the quality of service is poor and consistently bad.
