I usually have great reviews for panera, but there's one bad apple, and she can spoil the whole bunch. I go to paneras at least 3 times a week, but this one girl , who works the drive thru,has been very bad at her job. She's always messing up the order, and today, she was very rude. I finally reported her to the general manager. This kind of behavior should not be Permittable.

I bought the signature chicken sandwich and paid extra to add avocado - only to leave and open my sandwich to discover ONE single, small slice of avocado in it. Thank God I didn’t get far because I promptly called the store to make them aware of my situation and return. Bruce answered the phone and assured me that my sandwich would be remade and the appropriate amount (1/4 of a whole avocado sliced) of avocado would be put on my sandwich. I arrived and he apologized again and was so polite and kind. Would definitely visit this store again with this kind of treatment. I understand we are all humans and make mistake; so the situation being promptly corrected was greatly appreciated!

I really can't say enough about this team and their store. I eat here twice a week because of my office being next door and every time I come everyone is so welcoming and kind. The cashiers are always patient and kind. I couldn't not end this review without mentioning the manager Trey. He is honestly amazing! So sweet but keeps such an awesome atmosphere within there store. Keep up the good work Trey!!!✌️

Slow, small portions, high prices, rude employees, deliveries delivered to wrong house every time, sat in drive through for 20+ minutes once due to a shift change since you can't leave if there is a car in front of you. Really? You don't schedule overlapping shifts and shut down the drive through that long??? At lunch time no less? This panera sucks. I wish we lived closer to the one at jax Beach.

I’m an old school guy who believes in service…When I go to a restaurant I expect to be waited on. Panera chose to go with the service kiosk instead of taking your order.I for one hate those things, I can never operate them correctly and thus screw up my entire mealNope not going back there again…
