It's such a crappy restaurant that I wouldn't recommend you go. They didn't cancel my order even though I pointed out the address was wrong and they charged my bank account. It was a terrible restaurant.

The worst cheese pizza in the universe !!! If I could give it minus zero stars I would. Compare Papa John's small cheese pizza with extra cheese for $13 compared to Little Caesars pizza with extra cheese for $10. No comparison. The Little Caesars pizza is larger and cheesier. Save your money, Papa John's Pizza is horrible, I will never, ever patronize them again. And you shouldn't either !!!!!

We were very disappointed in the service and the pizza. I tried to order online twice. Neither time did the order go through. So I called and the woman on the other side seemed to be unaware of what I wanted. I had to repeat myself several times; for example, I ask, no spinach on either pizza. Also , for some reason , they were out of medium when we finally got our two petersc

We ordered twice on the Internet; neither time did the order go through. I’m not sure if we were charged twice for $50 but nothing ever came. I finally called the girl did not seem to understand what we were looking for. I asked for spinach on half the pizza she asked about this. I told her half the pizza when the pizza finally came there was no spinach. We also asked for a 2 LCoke nothing came. It took us almost 2 hours between initial order when it finally showed up and the order was wrong. We do not know how many times we were charged for this. The pizza was lukewarm when it finally showed up this is entirely unacceptable.

I placed an order online for delivery. Unfortunately, my order went to Door Dash to deliver, but the driver wasn't so honest. I contacted the store, which had their General Manager on site named Rick. Rick was quick to contact the third-party delivery partner to quickly resolve this issue at hand. DD wasn't able to reach their driver, so Rick had put in my order to be remade and expedited and also gave me a credit towards my next purchase. I actually felt relieved after talking with him and seeing that he actually cares for his customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the vicinity of their footprint.
Stopped by to get a pizza an hour before closing. I walked in and was asked for my order but I told the employee I was still deciding. A few minutes go by and I go to place an order when the staff member says, "I thought you were a dasher. We're closed for carryouts." So, even though Papa John's advertises thay they're open it doesn't apply to us normal consumers. Just another pizza chain I'm crossing off my list. I'll go get a crappy fast food burger instead. Terrible customer service.

I JUST GOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ... I placed my order as usual - but I forgot to change my delivery address on my app. John just called and asked me if the address was correct (it was not and he fixed it) .... These days most people would just drop it off and take their picture ... and this would be outside my door until I got home from work .....BUT NOT WITH THIS GUY .... He recognized my name (from ordering often) and called to check ...... BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
