I ordered 3 of the anything you want for 9.99 this past wknd. Best Pizza I've had in yrs. Opened my sons box and his was looking so good had to snag a piece. His friend after taking the first bite asked where I got the pizza from. I told him BIG PAPA'S (that's now the new name in my house). He said never heard of it. đ kudos to Shawn for not only making the best pizza I've ever gotten from Big Papa's but for taking the time out (while you were pretty busy) to offer to get the drinks, making me laugh, and not rushing me out the door like most people do these days.

This is the last time I order from papa johns after 15 years of business. 6 employees working not one can acknowledge me for over 5 minutes. I had to say hello 4 times, each time getting progressively louder before one of the 4 employees standing 5 feet from me finally hears me. Actively ignoring a customer is crazy. The woman that finally acknowledges me says âim busy and im training.â She had 7 stickers in her hand and after watching her struggle to put one sticker on a chicken container for 60 seconds i had enough. The pizza is done and paid for just hand me the BOX. JESUS CHRIST. I havent even opened the pizza yet. Ill be back if its trash.

Pizza is always hot and delicious, sometimes the staff are a little short but they're always working hard and I really appreciate them. Never had a bad experience here.

I would advise no one EVER to order pizza from Papa Johnâs on Halloween. People were lined up all the way down the sidewalk, and many of the orders were coming out a full two hours late. There were about 10 DoorDashers there waiting, losing money every minute they were there. People were standing around in Halloween costumes late for the parties they were going to but held hostage because they had already paid for the pizza. This is no criticism of the employees. They did their best with the high volume of orders. But, to the management of Papa Johnâs: if you cannot fulfill orders in less than two hours, you need to suspend taking orders. It was a disgrace to take all these peopleâs money, and then they couldnât even get up to the counter in order to cancel. One DoorDasher said this happens every Papa Johnâs in the area on every Halloween. Enough is enough. Do something about it.

I literally just placed an online order and forgot to add a topping. I called right away and the lady told me it was already out the door when I can see ya'll were just prepping the order now. Like wtheck? For that reason, ya'll can keep your 1 star review.

Absolute garbage restaurant. They could care less about their customers. People standing at the register for 10+ minutes with zero acknowledgement from the staff. I donât think the managers care either, because this is a recurring issue.

I had a great visit to this Papa Johnâs location. Everything was clean all the meat and food was fresh. I met Gavin who listened and put my complicated piece together with no problem. Iâll give them five stars. We love you Papa Johnâs.

I got a pizza without cheese and wanted some garlic parmesan put on top. The staff did it but was scolded in a very unfriendly tone by manager I believe. I asked why and the manager, I believe her name was amanda, said they canât charge for it. I understand that but itâs such a small ask, and if it means I have a a happy customer it shouldnât be a big deal. More so Iâm just unhappy to hear how the manager spoke to her cashier, very unfriendly and rude.

I literally watched a toothless employee sneeze over the ingredients station as she poured packets of parmesan cheese into a container đ¤˘. Then says âthis always makes me sneezeâ. There was also someone standing there making a pizza as she sneezed!!!

Please, please, please create a hygiene protocol that limits the use of HAND SANITIZER, LOTIONS, DETERGENTS, PERFUMES, etc. The pizza is being handled in a way where some type of chemical is contacting the food and it needs to be addressed ASAP!!! This is the second time I've tasted parfum/fragrant residues on the pizza crust. Please, corporate, proprietor, somebody, address this with staff...... Other than that, the product is overall on par. I'll revise this review once the problem has been addressed as this is meant to be constructive and not destructive. All the best!
