Papa Johns Pizza

Absolute garbage restaurant. They could care less about their customers. People standing at the register for 10+ minutes with zero acknowledgement from the staff. I don’t think the managers care either, because this is a recurring issue.

I had a great visit to this Papa John’s location. Everything was clean all the meat and food was fresh. I met Gavin who listened and put my complicated piece together with no problem. I’ll give them five stars. We love you Papa John’s.

I got a pizza without cheese and wanted some garlic parmesan put on top. The staff did it but was scolded in a very unfriendly tone by manager I believe. I asked why and the manager, I believe her name was amanda, said they can’t charge for it. I understand that but it’s such a small ask, and if it means I have a a happy customer it shouldn’t be a big deal. More so I’m just unhappy to hear how the manager spoke to her cashier, very unfriendly and rude.

I literally watched a toothless employee sneeze over the ingredients station as she poured packets of parmesan cheese into a container 🤢. Then says “this always makes me sneeze”. There was also someone standing there making a pizza as she sneezed!!!

Please, please, please create a hygiene protocol that limits the use of HAND SANITIZER, LOTIONS, DETERGENTS, PERFUMES, etc. The pizza is being handled in a way where some type of chemical is contacting the food and it needs to be addressed ASAP!!! This is the second time I've tasted parfum/fragrant residues on the pizza crust. Please, corporate, proprietor, somebody, address this with staff...... Other than that, the product is overall on par. I'll revise this review once the problem has been addressed as this is meant to be constructive and not destructive. All the best!

So I ordered pizza over an hour ago took 45 mins to get to me, pizza is cold and when did you start using DOORDASH!? I hope the delivery tip went to them since I do not carry cash on me. I also wanted a Thin crust pizza and this is definitely not thin crust. ordered a Large and this looks like a medium, and on top of that I wanted a WELL DONE pizza this is definitely NOT well done. I don’t be ordering from here anymore . I live 5 mins away there’s no reason why it should be cold.

Each time I’ve ordered from THIS store, they’ve had DoorDash delivering it. And each time my order has not been successfully delivered. It says “delivered” but it was not so assuming they’re just taking off with a free pizza. Now I get to wait another hour for the pizza I paid for… and hope that it actually gets delivered.
