Papa Johns Pizza

Please, please, please create a hygiene protocol that limits the use of HAND SANITIZER, LOTIONS, DETERGENTS, PERFUMES, etc. The pizza is being handled in a way where some type of chemical is contacting the food and it needs to be addressed ASAP!!! This is the second time I've tasted parfum/fragrant residues on the pizza crust. Please, corporate, proprietor, somebody, address this with staff...... Other than that, the product is overall on par. I'll revise this review once the problem has been addressed as this is meant to be constructive and not destructive. All the best!

So I ordered pizza over an hour ago took 45 mins to get to me, pizza is cold and when did you start using DOORDASH!? I hope the delivery tip went to them since I do not carry cash on me. I also wanted a Thin crust pizza and this is definitely not thin crust. ordered a Large and this looks like a medium, and on top of that I wanted a WELL DONE pizza this is definitely NOT well done. I don’t be ordering from here anymore . I live 5 mins away there’s no reason why it should be cold.

I swear this location is the worst about NOT CUTTING the pizzas. Do they even own a pizza cutter?

Each time I’ve ordered from THIS store, they’ve had DoorDash delivering it. And each time my order has not been successfully delivered. It says “delivered” but it was not so assuming they’re just taking off with a free pizza. Now I get to wait another hour for the pizza I paid for… and hope that it actually gets delivered.

Good pizza

On October 30, 2024 I ordered two specialty pizzas for delivery to my residence. This was definitely not the first time but will definitely be the last time. After the expected delivery time had expired, approximately 30 minutes, I checked the Papa John's tracker and I could actually see the delivery drivers location which was Trednick and Monument Road. This location stayed the same for another 30 minutes until I asked for texting updates. Soon thereafter, the driver headed my direction. Once she arrived, I met her at the door and immediately noticed the boxes were cold and were not sealed, the labels were sealed back. My wife immediately called Papa John's and informed them and was promised a $43 call back credit. I have since ordered through the online app two additional times and have spent nearly $100 since then. We decided to call tonight to receive our credit for the cold and unsealed pizzas and were denied our promised credit. Sorry you guys can't get it together but you have lost my business.

Horrible customer service l, whoever is the manager at 5:30 on Friday October 18th was so absurdly rude to me when I called to get my order fixed I could not believe it. I hope they get back to me because my issue has not been resolved and she should not have a job where she has to talk to customers. I did not receive half of my order and she literally yelled at me.

Let me start by saying how incredible this store location is. The kindness and admirability from the (I believe to be) manager has truly made my entire night. Our boys wanted pizza and soda for their movie night, of course we ordered from the best. The night took a turn when the rudest doordash delivery guy banged obsessively on the door, not even giving us a chance to get up to open it. Once I greeted him, I noticed his attitude straight away and politely let him know that the soda was missing from the delivery. He basically told me it wasn’t his problem. I then called the store and talked to the manager (I think) who was so apologetic and offered to deliver the soda. Straight away, he was at my door with the soda and SOOO nice and apologetic to us. Kindness is free to give, but priceless to receive. Thank you Papa Johns!!

Pizza delivery never showed up. Had to go in to get my pizza. Not much sense in ordering for delivered if Uber driver cannot find a simple address.
