I've been ordering from this papa johns for the past 16 years. I don't know what has been going this last 2 years, but I'm officially over it. Don't waste your money or time. I ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 large "The Works" and 1 large cheese. The large cheese was significantly smaller than other as pictured. I also ordered both pizzas well done because for some reason the pizza is CONSISTENTLY undercooked for the past 2 years. The loaded pie was so undercooked the dough was stuck to the box. I've truly tried, as this used to be my favorite pizza, but I think it's time to throw the towel in. Renna's it is.

The pizza i ordered was a thin crust sausage mushroom and spinach. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. Hard and dry. Tasteless is only way to describe it. I will never buy a pizza from tn again. I suggest you find another place to get one

My family use to come to this Papa Johns all the time but lately, they have had kids running the store at night and the pizza has gone down hill. Upon walking into the store today, I was not greeted, there was music with cursing blasting and when someone finally asked for my name, he never gave my my food which I saw was ready and sitting on the counter. Another guy asks for my name again and finally gives me my food only to see the toppings weren't even layered properly. We will go to the Papa Johns on Racetrack Rd moving forward!

This used to be our go to pizza place every Friday night. Not anymore. We will have to find another pizza place. Our kids don't eat dry burnt cheese less pizza. Apparently that's what ordering cheese pizza with extra cheese gets you at this Papa Johns. Done throwing pizza and money away.

Made a big mistake with my order. Ordered for the next day for a birthday party and the order automatically updated to 11:45pm the same day. I did not notice until Jonathan showed up with our order at 11:35pm. We called the store and spoke with Brandon. He was able to get our bad situation resolved and we got our order the next day just in time for our birthday party!!

I can't even believe the audacity of this location. Something happened with my order that I requested to be delivered at 6:00pm and it was processed as an asap order to be delivered at 2:19pm and I noticed immediately and called to get my order updated before it was too late. While on the phone I was told it was "too late" and that my order was already been made and boxed up, mind you it had been only 5 mins since my order was placed. I have no clue how it is even possible to make a customized large pizza in only 5 mins, considering the fact it takes at least 12-15 mins to cook the pizza. I asked to please cancel the order and I would reorder but I was informed that they would just remake the order to be delivered at 6:00. It's about 6:15 and no order has shown up and I call to ask for an update and they informed me it was on the way and the driver "really slow". Sure enough my order arrives and as I was afraid, it was ICE COLD. Aside from being ice cold, the dessert looked to be eaten out of (see attached picture). I am fuming at this point, I couldn't believe they delivered the food from 2:00 after sitting there for hours, when they told me they would remake it. Now for the best part.... I call the manager and asked if that was the food from 2:00 and he made up some story saying the driver grabbed it by mistake, that I don't believe for one second. Then I say that the dessert looks eaten out of and he admitted to me it was EATEN OUT OF and they sent it to my house!!!! This is absolutely appalling and I will NEVER order from this location again and I suggest you don't either. Absolutely outrageous.

Has to be the worst papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from. Pizza Is disgusting and they really need to stop using bacon bits out the can it taste like rubber and smells worst cut up some real bacon plz. 2nd time I’ve ordered and the second fail I’ll stick with marcos this place is a complete waste of money
