I put an order through and order weekly for years. The delivery driver texted me asking for my info and I told him my apartment, gate code, and floor 3. I asked for door delivery. (All of this was on the order info…).
Then 20min it’s went by and I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. The picture showed him leaving it on the bottom of the first flight of stairs!
I tracked down the staircase in the picture and there was no pizza and it was the WRONG building. I asked the neighbor who was outside watching TV and smoking. They said the driver dropped it off, took a picture, and then picked it back up and ate a slice and took the whole order back into his car. They said their ring camera picked it up.
I called the store and the guy who answered was a little argumentative saying my apartment number is not listed. I told him I can see it on my papa John’s account AND on the receipt. He said he would send a new order but now they are about to close and I have yet to see it.
Ordered online. Website is accurate. Food ready when I cam to pick up.

I have gotten take out many times from here and it was always a hit or miss....However whatever change they did with workers or owners etc keep it up because the last four or five times I've gone the staff has been friendly and the pizza has been great!! Whatever happened between several months ago and now just please keep it up because it has been great!!

I’m the wife from Jake and I had to deal with mark who was condescending and treated me like I was nothing. The fault of the order was online but either way it’s fine if it’s my fault or theirs, but technically was online‘s fault. Marc definitely made my experience horrible. We just moved from Deerwood to the Mandarin area and I will never order again from there. I will be calling corporate on Monday to grieve my issue I had with Mark. I also will be placing a Facebook comment to my 4000+ followers to let them know how horrible the place this is with Mark there and his attitude. One bad review can go a very long way with me. I will tell you that much. Do not order from here unless you want your order to be wrong and them to blame you and have condescending attitudes as well. I myself will never eat at this Papa John’s again and unfortunately, this is the closest one to our new house. I do know that I would recommend Pizza Hut at this point or any other pizza place. Unless corporate deals with this this place will just go downhill check out the yelp reviews because it’s a 2.5 stars which is very low. I never would’ve ordered from here knowing that I would get this kind of customer service. If you do order from Papa John’s order from the south side location because they’re very nice there.

I talked to Mark who at first seemed very reasonable and was about to refund me, but he then started to become very rude and I had him talk to my wife. I heard the conversation and she put it on speaker. He was very unprofessional and back talked my wife. We used to love papa John’s, but this is it for us from this location.
