I ordered through uber eats so I guess they thought since I’m not personally picking up my order they can play with me. They my 2-liter soda I blamed it on uber because uber should’ve made sure they had everything before departing from the restaurant but MY PIZZA ?!!! WHAT IS THIS?! Why is there a whole dent in my pizza topping messed up. I spent over $40 on this order just for everything to be messed up like this. This almost sent me into labor 😩❗️

We have ordered from here several times and not once have we ever had any issues. It is always ready when it is suppose to be and it is always exactly the way we ordered it. I also love all the promotions they have, especially if you are a member(just have to sign up..no fees). I recommend this business.
Order a pizza and it was the most awful thing I’ve ever tasted. I had two bites of it and threw the rest of the trash versus going through all the hassle of complaining and going through it so I’m complaining now stay away from Why their stock is so bad

Ordered carry out. Placed the order with a very helpful gentleman. When I picked I the order the young woman went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I really liked her helpful attitude and I wanted to make sure I left a review to thank her again (I think her name was Kindria💕)

This worker said she IS the manager. She did not listen to the original order for chicken on the pizza which should have been free from another mistake made 2 nights ago the pizza had no meat so we took it because I am a vegetarian I didn’t even want pizza and wasn’t hungry at all but to get a pizza with chicken a second pizza had to be ordered and paid for because she refused to fix tonights newest mistake the entire time she was rude & just hands out thin crust pizza even when you do ask for it. over 30 years I been a loyal customer to papa John but can’t understand why this particular location has keep workers that are always rude and have a terrible attitude and not pay attention to the order. What particularly bothers me is up north folks take a lot of pride in thinking papa johns is is native there especially in Kentucky it’s arrival there in central Kentucky was celebrated very much due to folks not knowing it actually began in Indiana. In Kentucky folks bleed blue & eat papa johns.
