I had been to this store few minutes ago,the person who took the order and payment had left home and the employees there were not told about my order..I had to convince them and showed the payment on my card, imagine if I had paid by cash, i wouldn't have any proofs..then after over 30 minutes,when I asked for an update,they wanted to know if I had really paid and i was asked how the person who took the order looks like...his shirt color,dimensions etc..seriously service is worst

So we typically never have issues with this Papa John’s it’s always been great however today that changed. I placed a delivery order for two pizzas With using the Papa pairings, one cheese the other half salami half cheese and an order of the cheese bread also on the Papa pairings. Since we are doing delivery I left a tip for the delivery driver. Well when the pizzas were dropped off, one of them was wrong it had ham instead of salami. The person who wanted the salami does not like ham. I called to complain because obviously this wasn’t OK and I was told that when I spoke to the store manager that they would refund my order, because she wasn’t made aware that they were out of salami and that her employees were just using ham instead. I was like OK that works. I check back a while later just to check on my account and see if there was an additional $2.96 charge. A charge that I did not authorize or knew why it was there. So I called to complain again, and the lady who I spoke to I did not get her name was extremely rude, said that she did not see the $2.96 charge (see attached picture) And that it could’ve come from the Papa dough. Which is the reward program which you get points for x-amount of dollars you spend. Which doesn’t make any sense Because the Papa pairings anyways should’ve already been counted. And it was two dollars and Papa dough so why would it be a three dollar charge. So she told me I should just call customer service and talk to them which I gladly did. Upon calling customer service they were not sure why the charge was on there and they also could not see the charge. They then said I would only be getting the refund for the pizza that was messed up when I was told that I would be getting refunded for my order Originally. So now I’m waiting on a callback from Support which would call in The next 48 hours, and the refund that I was told at least for the pizza they messed up. Needless to say when you order from here watch your account.

Called and asked why my pepperoni was missing from my pizza and the manager wants to be sarcastic about a cheeseburger. Poor customer service especially the manager. I will never order from Baymeadows Rd location ever again. Whether or not the error was online, the sticker says otherwise.

I ordered through uber eats so I guess they thought since I’m not personally picking up my order they can play with me. They my 2-liter soda I blamed it on uber because uber should’ve made sure they had everything before departing from the restaurant but MY PIZZA ?!!! WHAT IS THIS?! Why is there a whole dent in my pizza topping messed up. I spent over $40 on this order just for everything to be messed up like this. This almost sent me into labor 😩❗️
