Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a pizza ,the guy noticed an error when it didn't take off the price , He redid my order and had it put the door fast . The pizza was free .. Great Job Papa John's keep up the good work

Placed order at 9:20pm, was to be delivered at ~10:15. Called store inquiring about order at 10:30. It had been sitting for 30 minutes due to the driver not picking it up and was told it would be remade and sent. Called store again at 12:10am and told the order had been canceled due to the store closing soon. The store closes at 1am. Will not order from here again.

Knock it out of the park yet again! This is the best Papa John’s around. Great people and if you ever have any issues with your order they always make it right! Saved the night with allowing to substitute for green peppers!

I've been ordering from this Papa John's for years now, never had any problems. I've signed up on the the app and I receive offers and also earn Papa Dough with each purchase. The employees extremely kind and the food is always great.

I give up!! I have given the duval station location chance after chance and today I give up. I ordered the pizza and bacon cheese sticks online and when I got there the person that helped me had more studs in their face than a pin cushion and I had to wait the pizza and side was not ready and when it was ready the person set it on the shelf and didn’t let me know it was ready go. Don’t know how long I sat there before the other employee asked about my order to let me know it was ready and when I got the pizza and the bacon cheese sticks home it wasn’t cut enough to remove from the box I had to recut it all myself. I AM DONE!!!

Order large stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni and bacon. Says x2 on box and you can barely see bacon or pepperoni. Manager says its under cheese I pull back all the cheese on one slice 2 pepperoni and 2 pieces of bacon. When I confront manager and said I order this all the time and this is not extra he made an annoyed face and said what ever ill remake it. Complete lack of professionalism and I didn't trust him to remake it. My wife handled it and we were still disappointed. Avoid this papa johns at all cost and drive a little further for better service.

Half the pizza was regular crust, half was thin crust..how does this happen...mostly burnt...wow...you can get better pizzas at Walmart half the price 🤔 🤮 yuck

Went to place an order and in google it states the lobby closes at 11:45pm. Walked in at 10:10 pm and was told “the lobby closes at 10:00pm!” Yeah don’t even order from here very rude!

Employe lied to my face about why my order wasn’t done and told me it was in the oven while website read it was done. I returned 20 minutes later and same story. Unsupervised children at this location.

This place forgot my drink, called them and they said they could add for free to my next order, called them, told them about the drink, and they forgot it again.

This isn't the first time this has happened either, they keep forgetting my drink over and over and over.

This location is great, it's a bunch of young people but they know how to work. Every time I order from here my order is right and hot. The workers are nice and friendly.
