Pizza deal was good...the bogo. Just wish the dough was better. .. I got hand tossed. Recommend a better one but the store was fine. Pizza was about 10 to 15 minutes later from what I was told.

Horrible! Medium 2 topping and a 2 liter. $32. Didn't deliver the 2 liter. My delivery lady went and bought it herself and brought me ice. I reimbursed her. The pizza is NOT NY style. Yinz need to go to Philly or NY and learn how to make it. Folding it between my fingers is not NY. And the slices are as big as my hand. Ended up costing me almost $50 for a medium and 2 liter.

The spicy chicken wings are pretty yummy for a pizza place; the 6 Ct came in a nice plastic microwaveable/dishwasher safe container. The pizza was delicious and made to my specifications with the extra pizza sauce I love.

I went to this location on Merrill Rd today to pick up 24 pizzas for a party. The employee that greeted me was very friendly and polite. He also was willing to assist with carrying the pizzas to my car but I already had help. I appreciate the kindness and the willingness to assist. Thank you!

The toppings on my “ The Works” pizza were so sparse, I thought I was ordering from somewhere else, not Papa John’s. The sauce, cheese and all of the toppings were barely discernible and only came to about two inches from the edge of the pizza. Very, very dissatisfied.
Wasn’t sure why the rating was so low. When I walked in I was greeted & it was very easy to talk with Chris , door dashers were flying in and out and he was still so polite and willing to help them by doing extra things that he didn’t even have to do. Very happy with this service, they were slammed and still managed to be polite and get my order correct and fresh!

Ordered hot lemon pepper wings the other night with our meal ,was given buffalo wings instead when I called the manager he sent another basket of wings we order them all the time and you could not smell lemon pepper in either box,sent both boxes back after the manager on duty was a complete smart ass and did not see a refund, if you like rude and unprofessional service bye all means order here

Guy closed the store early and I called several times to see why and all he did was be very rude ans hang up the phone. I reported to corporate office . They just as dumb to allow him to do that. I won't ever be going back there. No wonder they don't have staff working there
