Guy closed the store early and I called several times to see why and all he did was be very rude ans hang up the phone. I reported to corporate office . They just as dumb to allow him to do that. I won't ever be going back there. No wonder they don't have staff working there

The rudest people work over at this merrill road location. Whomever answered the phone around 1pm Saturday November 30th, 2024, was EXTREMELY rude to me for asking her to fix my incorrect order. She would not give her name, and she argued with me about placing my order incorrectly when the foreigner who took my order was incorrect! Dear papa johns, stop hiring rude nasty people to work for your company. It makes the food taste gross!
02/05/2025 update: P.S. do not order from CHRIS at the front counter on merrill road. He is very nasty with how he speaks to customers. He even hangs up on your call! This papa johns is the worst EVER!! Save your money, and run!

I see now why this store has 1.5 star. The pizza was supposed to be delivered to my house and I had to go to the store, if I hadn't gone there the pizza would still be sitting on the shelf. I made a complaint on the app and the manager called me, not to apologize for the inconvenience instead trying to blame me for what they did, because I didn't give them time to fix the problem, he says. I am very disappointed with the service.

This Guy was very rude he was no listening we just need help processing online order so we can get the promotion and he was no professional instead he was rude and means at the end we left and did not buy the pizza this happens on papa John Merrill Rd I will never go to this store again I just write this complains because is no the first time this happens this guy need class how to treat people specially if they don’t have a manager running the store.

PIZZA HUT HERE I COME ……. Should I tip a delivery driver after being charged 4.99 delivery fee ? It looking like a No ! You go in to a restaurant sit down order food you tip the server for waiting on you , BUT WHAT IF THEY CHARGE YOU FOR JUST PLACING YOUR ORDER AT THE RESTAURANT, WOULD YOU STILL TIP ? PROBABLY NOT …..WHATS THE DIFFERENCE HERE ?
