Horrible. I got coupons for this place in the mail and they won't honor them. It's impossible to provide feedback because they don't care. If they give the same attention to their pizza that they give to their promotions and communications, I'd recommend staying far away. Try another franchise that cares about its customers.

Idk what happened but I use to come here at least once a week for months now at this same location the guy that use to make the food was great it was always fast even if I ordered a few items the past 4 times I’ve been my order has been horrible I thought it was just a once or twice thing but 4times now and tonight I just ordered a pizza there is hardly no cheese on it and it should be extra cheese there was hardly any and I got the email at 855 saying it was ready it’s 920 and we just got it my husband was the only one in the store and the girl cooking was complaining saying how stressed she is really one pizza? Half extra cheese half pepperoni really this just made me not want to go there after this the last time we sat there for 25 mins also so it’s not like it’s the first time

They didn’t make my order right and when I went to tell the girl she told me the exact opposite thing that I asked for and she refused to make me a new pizza because she said she was right and I was wrong

Was at a ball tournament at a nearby park and could not leave. The employees of this store were.so.kind to make an exception and deliver to me. The concession sold out early and we were still playing well into the night. Thank you so much

Absolutely the worst ever. I use to like Papa John's. Yesterday worse experience from this franchise ever. Ordered pizza and when I got it it was like it was a day old. Called the store and they sent another out but delivered to the wrong address and when I called the store manager they refused to make it right. He was obnoxious and rude blaming me for their problems. I strongly recommend not eating from this store and recommend going to Sam's to get your pizza. Eat here if you want to waste money and loose weight. You will accomplish both at the same time
Horrible, horrible experience
I give 1 star because they not have 0 star.
So in the end I was out cash and food and the manger wouldn't correct their problems. Sad

You can tell by all the bad reviews that the owners of this establishment do not care about what is going on there.

When business gets below a 4 star rating the local government needs to step in and review there books and business practices. If not comply shut them down til they do or shut down completely.

I went in and told it would be a 30 mins. That’s fine, I decided not to wait and paid attention to them making pizza and saw THEY HAD NO GLOVES ON!! Sifting the cheese, putting pepperoni on the piazza…. And no gloves!! No thank you!!!!!!!!!! Beware!!

Honest I'm super disappointed. I had an online order and I came in the store to pick it up. When I went and gave my name and older woman with short hair and glasses told me it wasn't ready. 20 min pass with me sitting in there for another employee to had me a pizza that had been sitting up there since I arrived. So now my pizza is cold and all because someone failed to do their job the first time.

Stayed ordering my order around 9:45 then waited on said order only to realize when I looked out was canceled so I called in my order confirmed it and waited only to again be left waiting without food so I tried to call and to my surprise no one would pick up the phone this isn't the first time they have done this either bad bad business kinda think I'm done with papa johns for awhile lousy service very very lousy

The man, just because he didn't speak English, treated us very badly. Tremendous bad service ?

Order online they cancelled it so I ordered by phone they said it would be delivered but they cancelled that as well chatting with customer service they can't help seems to me they are just telling people what they wanna hear and not following through wow hungry kids expecting pizza

Why tf are yall using doordash for delivery. Never received my order and when I called the dasher they said the store couldn't find my order. Mind you I'm getting alerts that it was picked up and delivered. So I call the store and they tell me your dasher didn't speak English and took your order. Please do better.

I use this location more than I care to admit. Today when I ordered my pizza, I waited an hour to call and check the status because my tracker said it had been delivered. When I called the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. When I tried to tell her that my tracker said it had been delivered, she proceeded to yell that the driver was stuck at a train. I called back (at this point I am furious because not only do I not have a pizza after 1.5 hours but customer service was absolutely unacceptable). A gentleman answered the phone and proceeded to apologize and stated he had already noted for a free pizza next time. I asked for the young ladies name to include in my complaint to corporate but of course he wasn't sure who it was. Until they have new employees who have a slight bit of patience, I will not spend any more money there.

Edited to add the pizza finally showed up 1 hour and 52 minutes later. It was not the drivers fault and unfortunately I requested a refund and sent the pizza back. In hindsight, I wish I had given the driver a tip in cash so he didn't lose out as well.

Customer service goes a long way, and Papa Johns should encourage their employees to provide better customer service.
