The acting manager at 5:16 august 16th 2015 is extremely rude and snappy with his staff and with delivery drivers. If you cant handle pressure dont be in a position that requires you to shine under pressure. Not crumple. Im sure the manager is nice, but when orders are flying he cant keep up without telling people what to do.

Ordered (2) Small 10 inch pepperoni pizzas for my teenage son and daughter as I was working late tonight. Placed the order in at 1047pm and it was done delivered to the house by 1104pm. I live 4.7 miles from Papa John's there on Normandy. My son had 2 slices and tossed his pizza in the trash as my daughter ate maybe 5 slices and got super sick to her stomach. I got home just after midnight as it's 1219am now I tried eating a slice and it's just too doughy. Very undercooked where u can't enjoy the breading part of the pizza at all. It's just not tasty at all when pizza is doughy and undercooked. I get it closing time is midnight and whatever staff that works nights probably were cleaning up getting ready to leave. If this is the case then there should be a certain time u accept orders to still be made.
Definitely will NOT be ordering from this location again.
Papa John's is supposed to be much better than Domino's or even Little Caesars as their pizza is basically cardboard.

I hope others review this post and it changes their mind from ordering here

SOOO frustrating that they always charge extra for sauces and hardly ever do they send them. Such a ripoff.

Ran in to pickup Pepperoni Pizza. Had to wait about 5 minutes but the pizza was so worth thr wait.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and the service is always good and the pizza always looks and tastes great. You can tell the management at this location is top tier and you can tell the employees have a spirit of excellence here. This is the only Papa John’s location we’re eating from for the foreseeable future.

Over 2 hours to have a pizza delivered less than 2 miles. Cancle your delivery is doordash is going to deliver it. It's going to be cold by the time it gets to you
