Ordered a meats pizza and 2 orders of wings extra crispy. They were at my door within 20 minutes with a cold, flat, tired, chewy crust pizza that seemed like it was frozen section of a cheap grocery store. NOTHING like the Papa John's I know. The wings were NOT crispy but my husband liked his so thats the ONLY thing I didnt get a full refund for! One of my wings literally felt cool to the touch and had ro be reheated to be edible! I order through Grubhub and they immediately processed a refund for that horrid pizza and 1 order of the wings. That mess should've been given away for free! We will NEVER do Papa John's again! We will stick with Marcos. If I pay $20 for a dam medium pizza I expect excellent quality. The other comments are validated. This place needs to close down!!!

Hi there, thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Kylie, was extremely disappointing. She came across as uninterested, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I called to request a refund as previously advised, but she offered no assistance—she wasn’t apologetic, sounded disengaged, and simply told me to “maybe call back tomorrow to speak to a gm because she’s didn’t know .” It honestly felt like I was having a conversation with myself. This is not the level of service I expect from someone in a managerial role. She mentioned a lot in these comments so unsure how she’s still a manager. She will be the main reason this store goes downhill.

Theresa the manager ad Kylie are beyond unprofessional. I was promised a refund and everyday I called asking why I haven’t received it, Theresa gave me excuse after excuse. The systems down, the gm has to contact me, lie after lie that I even called corporate. Kylie lies for Theresa and put me on hold two times for over 10 mins and never came back to the phone.

not papjons fault. they used door dash and they left it on the floor outside and ants were in all over pizza. never got notifications not a fall call to let me that the pizza was outside

They go through through DoorDash which 90% of them don’t speak English. Door dash driver wouldn’t answer. If I wanted to order through DoorDash, I would’ve went through DoorDash instead of calling Papa John’s and then when I called Melissa at the store was not very helpful went silent put me on hold. Had to hang up call back and she said she didn’t put me on hold all I wanted was a refund so I can go to a different pizza place. I refuse to order pizza from Papa John’s anymore. Trash service forreal.

Why do they never add the topping to the crust line? You can literally see the dent where the crust is suppose to start, pizza is half crust, oh and ofc their BBQ wings with no BBQ sauce, waste of money

Lately if I order from Papa John’s it is delivered by a DoorDash driver. This is the second time I have not received my full order. They also left it outside once with no phone call and ants were all over it. Tonight the pizza showed up, was not good and the spicy garlic I ordered was not included. Disappointed.
I ordered the pizza well done and they delivered it to me raw. The meat also disappointed me and I won't buy the other pizza again.

They are all yelling at one another. Apparently a lady up front cannot be in back if another employee is still here (delivery driver). Another “lady” making my pizza is telling me she has to leave to go to hospital. 7 ppl waiting. It’s actually funny so at least I’m getting some comedic relief.
