Let me start off by saying how excited I was to get my favorite pizza and cookie because I just hit a huge promotion at work today and my day was ruined all thanks to Shawn and his horrible management and attitude. If I could give zero stars I would, to start the order was late because the store can’t handle deliveries on their own and had to go through door dash and couldn’t even help us with the driver. Second, once we finally got our order it was wrong! When we called about this issue the first “customer service rep” attempted to charge me even though the order was incorrect and cold. After this we asked for management, which brings me to Shawn. Shawn was the least helpful and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever heard. I have worked in customer service for many years and I never responded to a customer the way he did to my husband and I. Shawn, if you’re reading this, get off of your high horse and learn how to respect your customers. I am throughly pissed off, and honestly everything would be fine if I could have just talked to someone who was helpful and respectful didn’t have to interact with Shawn.

Was 30 minutes late for arrival. Talked to an outsourced Indian to try and get ahold of DoorDash driver that brought the pizza cold as hell. This just made me decide to never order from papa John’s again.
It sucks that new order calls are outsourced to India because the call quality is a$$. But, we got a free pizza screen with our order. 9/10 would recommend

I was placing my order and once I said that it would card payment he cut the line. Is this another case of Racist refusal.I have colleagues who pay with card. So is my card unwanted because I have an African Accent? This is very crazy!

I live right around the corner from Pizza Hut on superbowl I could not place a order with them. The app was down and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I put an order online here easily it was ready in 15 minutes when i go inside they have a army back there working hard for us. Thank you papa John's for have you stuff together on the busiest day of the year for pizza and wings.
