We always order original crust. The last 2 pizzas we got had some weird crust that was flat but it was not a flat crust. Like the dough didn't rise or they made a flat bread pizza but skrimped on ingredients. Prior to our last 2 pizzas, I would have given this location a solid 5 stars. Next time my wife asks for papa johns, I'm going to try a different location. Also, they allowed a door dasher to take 2 multiple pizza orders (like 8 total) with NO pizza bags. Just riding on the seat in his roach infested Altima. Definitely would not order delivery from here, they are failing the brand. Order papa johns and get some little ceasars type pizza. Also the app said my pizza was done when they hadn't even made it yet.

papa johnās is definitely my preferred pizza chain, but doordash is destroying their business! every time i get delivery that a doordasher brings to me, itās cold, takes 30 minutes to get to me (i live 10 minutes from the store), or as of today STOLEN! i never got my food, no updates, no phone call or anything. i had to call them, and now im waiting another hour for my food. service is tanking with the doordash partnership. sad to say, but this is my last time ordering for sure. i hope the business takes another direction soon before they deminish š¤·āāļø

Ordered at 8:15, was supposed to be delivered for 9:15, wasnāt delivered until 9:38pm. Thereās a few problems with this. I ordered through the app and door dash delivered my order. Itās only 5 min away from my house no reason it should take 1.5 hrs to deliver. Secondly, I believe the worker didnāt do his job. I had to call at 9:25 to find out what is going on and why it wasnāt even on the way. Within a few minutes of being on the phone my pizza was now set for delivery. Lastly, pizza arrived nice and COLD. Terrible service. Needless to say, I will not be ordering here again.

Papa John's has the best pizza and wings around! Plus, they always have coupons, so you can save money and enjoy their yummy food. I'm not really a pizza person, but since I first ordered from PJ, I can't get enough of their stuffed-crust pizza. Thanks, Papa John's, for turning me into a pizza fan!

Delivery sucks! I waited nearly two hours for a pizza that never came! I'd called to initially get a refund after the first attempt was left lying on the ground God only knows where, only to be suckered into waiting another hour by the manager for a pizza that never came....This place sucks.
Ordered a meats pizza and 2 orders of wings extra crispy. They were at my door within 20 minutes with a cold, flat, tired, chewy crust pizza that seemed like it was frozen section of a cheap grocery store. NOTHING like the Papa John's I know. The wings were NOT crispy but my husband liked his so thats the ONLY thing I didnt get a full refund for! One of my wings literally felt cool to the touch and had ro be reheated to be edible! I order through Grubhub and they immediately processed a refund for that horrid pizza and 1 order of the wings. That mess should've been given away for free! We will NEVER do Papa John's again! We will stick with Marcos. If I pay $20 for a dam medium pizza I expect excellent quality. The other comments are validated. This place needs to close down!!!

Hi there, thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Kylie, was extremely disappointing. She came across as uninterested, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I called to request a refund as previously advised, but she offered no assistanceāshe wasnāt apologetic, sounded disengaged, and simply told me to āmaybe call back tomorrow to speak to a gm because sheās didnāt know .ā It honestly felt like I was having a conversation with myself. This is not the level of service I expect from someone in a managerial role. She mentioned a lot in these comments so unsure how sheās still a manager. She will be the main reason this store goes downhill.

Theresa the manager ad Kylie are beyond unprofessional. I was promised a refund and everyday I called asking why I havenāt received it, Theresa gave me excuse after excuse. The systems down, the gm has to contact me, lie after lie that I even called corporate. Kylie lies for Theresa and put me on hold two times for over 10 mins and never came back to the phone.
