They are all yelling at one another. Apparently a lady up front cannot be in back if another employee is still here (delivery driver). Another “lady” making my pizza is telling me she has to leave to go to hospital. 7 ppl waiting. It’s actually funny so at least I’m getting some comedic relief.

They typically do well on orders, but today’s thin crust that I ordered with extra sauce had very little sauce, and was very dry. Bad enough that I called to complain, and was told to bring back the pizza later to have another one remade. I’ve never had a Papa John’s ask for an old pizza back. The box has already been thrown away, so should I bring the slices back in a ziplock bag? Very poor service.

First I absolutely love the Thin crust pizza at papa John’s made the way I like it with tons of veggies. A part of my my order was made incorrectly but I make a quick call and Cody resolved the error. Greatly appreciate his customer service-

Ordered on app and DoorDash delivered, left pizza outside apartment and didn’t tell me when it was delivered and found out it was stolen. Called restaurant to ask for another pizza and said I’d have to pay the delivery fee again and then hung up on me when I asked for refund

They messed up my order, but promptly and politely fixed it for me. Sometimes it’s not about perfection, but professionalism, and I appreciate the way they made things right for me with no hassle.
Food was fresh and hot. I was so hungry I tried to eat a breadstick on the way home. It was so good but still blazing hot. Worth it.

Let me start off by saying how excited I was to get my favorite pizza and cookie because I just hit a huge promotion at work today and my day was ruined all thanks to Shawn and his horrible management and attitude. If I could give zero stars I would, to start the order was late because the store can’t handle deliveries on their own and had to go through door dash and couldn’t even help us with the driver. Second, once we finally got our order it was wrong! When we called about this issue the first “customer service rep” attempted to charge me even though the order was incorrect and cold. After this we asked for management, which brings me to Shawn. Shawn was the least helpful and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever heard. I have worked in customer service for many years and I never responded to a customer the way he did to my husband and I. Shawn, if you’re reading this, get off of your high horse and learn how to respect your customers. I am throughly pissed off, and honestly everything would be fine if I could have just talked to someone who was helpful and respectful didn’t have to interact with Shawn.
