I placed an order on New Year’s Day and was planning on using a Papa John’s gift card from Christmas. I verified the balance before I went in, and when I went to pay the order. I swipe the gift card, and the employee walked away. When I asked what the remaining balance was to pay, he started tapping on the screen and told me to swipe the gift card again. This time when I swiped it, it said insufficient balance. I asked him why it’s not showing a remaining balance after I swiped the first time and that the Gift card has already been processed. I then had to log onto the Papa Johns gift card website to review the transaction history. It doesn’t show transaction and only showed a $0 balance. After a half hour of trying to reach customer service, I gave up and went elsewhere

Do not order half and half. Toppings will be on 3/4 of the pizza and your wife will be angry about it. Also they make the pizza with 2 inch of plain crust.

This chain of pizza restaurants has declined so much in quality and service to the point of running away from them. Service to the customer is always Rude as if they're doing you a favor. Last experience at store# 554. There are so many more and better options out there. Go elsewhere where your money and business are valued!
