I asked a question and the person that I asked has a great attitude. Will go back again. Also the Papa John’s restaurant is helping the Jacksonville Humane Society now through August.
The amount of disappointment in this establishment, let me begin by saying the counter help is NO help , I went to pick up my order and stood waiting for 8 min while the man with no teeth and broken glasses was on the phone ignoring me , so I was fed up and went to get my own pizza and he immediately hung up his private phone call and told me I couldn’t do that , with cash in my hand I said , sir I been waiting for 10 min now while u ignore me , here’s my money I’m leaving with my food !

Placed an order here for original crust and got New York crust. They were closing in 30 minutes when we ordered. We just got done door dashing so couldn't have it fixed at 10:20. We ordered original crust so it's more filling for us. This was a paper thin pizza. We brought it back home and added more toppings and cheese after this picture.

Went inside to order a large pepperoni pizza and asked if there were any deals on any 1-toppings because I was carrying my child and could not check my phone for deals. I was told there were none and paid $18 for pizza to get to my car and check and there was a coupon for 1-topping large for $9.99 carryout. Super disappointed in the fact that I was lied to. Will be going back to Marcos for better service

NOT SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION if ordering online. They don’t put a seal in the pizza boxes and use DoorDash to make delivers, which means that any under paid DoorDash delivery person, can tamper with your food without you knowing it. I called this store to address the fact that my pizza box was semi opened, and this rude woman was gaslighting me, into saying that the pizza is fine, that no one touched the food. I explained that this was for my little daughter and I was concerned that she may get sick from tampered food, and she continued saying just eat the pizza, “I’m sure she’ll be fine” I asked for her full name and she hang up the phone on me. Smh.
Well, I contacted Papa John’s headquarters and filled a formal complaint against this store and the woman who hang up the phone on me. I also contacted the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to report this. I rarely buy pizza, but from now on, will order from local gourmet pizzerias. Supporting small businesses is much better.

First we got wrong order delivered for both pizza. both of them had bacon added which we requested not to add. Then we called the store and they said they will send make up pizza for both of them. Once the order arrived through DoorDash after like 40 mins again we found out the 2 LTR Pepsi wasn't sent AT ALL! the delivery women was shocked that it was a remade pizza and wrong again. Then we opened the boxes and the Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple AGAIN!! and both pizza were under baked and raw ish we literally had to air-fry it to eat and throw out the rest. We basically had to waste an hour and half AND MONEY for NOTHING! I wouldn’t even be happy with a full refund now.
