Pardon My Cheesesteak

Good food, but the portions are small.
I bought a loaded fry.
Lots of beef, but not enough fries.
I ran out of food, and had plenty of the dipping sauce left over.
That's not supposed to happen.
Larger order of fries please.

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. The food I received looked nothing like the photos, and did not contain the ingredients in the description. No cheese sauce, no chipotle sauce, and they subs were soooooooo small. Terrible.

I’m shocked these people are still in business. Ordered on Uber eats. They said they “didn’t receive” my order which is a cop out for their incompetence. The driver and I were on the phone the whole time. Took 2 hours to get my food. And two drivers. Uber eats gave me a full refund. But don’t order from here. I warned you. McDonald’s is better than this dry, cheap meat, sandwich. Which is saying a lot. Order off Uber eats and see for yourself. They will offer you a refund and hopefully with amount of complaints, Uber will drop them. Management should be ashamed of yourselves. Take pride in your work bro. This ain’t the old food industry days. Guest satisfaction does matter. And you can’t hide in your corner lot anymore. The internet will eat y’all alive.All could have been resolved if the MOD listened over the phone, apologized, took action, and ensure customer satisfaction. It’s ok to make mistakes but over and over again? Yikes y’all need a health inspection. ??‍♀️They also dont have a number to contact them with complaints, which I know they are happy about because that phone would be going offfffff.

A coworker gave me a sub from this place. The negative reviews kind of confuse me because I was highly satisfied, and it tasted great! I will be purchasing from this restaurant in the future!

I should have read the reviews for this place before ordering. My order arrived with the paper stuck to the provolone cheese and burned unions. I think I ate paper.A 6” chicken cheesesteak is SteakEm chicken and steakEm steak or whatever dog food was in there, provolone and burned up unions peeled with the union skin on it. Who’s cooking a 5 year old?Fix it!! Or make your prices $5.#ubereats #doordash.A 12” is two sandwiches not a 12” sandwich.

This place is a complete rip- off. They charged me $17 and change for this meatless cheesesteak! Total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this place. They’re ripping off their customers.

I just moved to Jacksonville in May and I have not yet found a good restaurant. I was so excited to try a pardon my cheesesteak even though the price was high . Unfortunately, I am so disappointed the fries with cheese were awful and cold. The cheesesteak had no flavor and was greasy. The only edible food was the brownies. I am so disappointed I wasted 30 dollars on this order. This restaurant should be ashamed .
