Peach Cobbler Factory

Im so sorry but the disappointment in this place is huge. First off is this the same place they advertise because it looks worn out and old, but I don't care about that. I do care it was not very clean, gross, the desserts here are not even as good as a frozen cobbler from publix. Its a total loss. They'll be out of business in a year.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
We went there for the first time today and I have to say that it was definitely the last time going there!!!!
First of it was way to expensive and the cinnamon roll and cookies were disgusting. It tasted old and the Nutella was not the real one as well, I had one bite and had to throw the rest away... what a waste of money 💰.
I usually don't write reviews but this one really got me .... please don't waste your time and money going there!!!

Khamari was super helpful and polite. I visited on New Year’s Day and he was working alone. Not only did he handle everything very efficiently but he was extremely kind and just an overall good person to be around. Keep up the good work sir!

Really gross cobbler and the ice cream came in a plastic cup like the kind you got at your schools cafeteria. On top of that it had freezer burn taste and the cobbler was cold in the middle. I think it’s frozen beforehand

I was delivering an order & the tasty smell of the factory took over !!! It smell so damn good on the inside . Mrs. D just popped the cinnamon rolls out the over & had me try the sweet potato cobbler stuffed cinnamon rolls out!! & hunntay it didn’t disappoint!!! I’m back getting more & will continue to come back ! Theycap damn good fr 😂😂😂😂

Served what looked like broken up peach pie in a cup. Came with ice cream but that was in a pre-packaged cup. Nothing special and not worth the cost. Can't even get a cup of water either.

This place is unreal the guy that claims he’s the manager is NOT even customer friendly at all !! I arrived and went in to go the bathroom first before I place my order and the Manager wouldn’t let me use the bathroom because I didn’t order first !! That makes no since!!! They have a sign out front that says No public restroom !! That’s ok !! I had to use the bathroom so bad when I got there to the establishment and before I could place my order !! He was not having that !! I tried to explain to him that I was gonna place my order after I came out of the bathroom !! But ended up being told that I couldn’t use the bathroom until I ordered first!! I said I’m going to to order sir I need to pee first !! After his rude behavior I left out and didn’t place an order at all because who wants to give their business to an establishment with such rude employees who claims to be the manager !!!my experience was at the river city store !!

Food was good and very filling. My wife and I couldn't finish our cobblers! They have a massive menu so there is something for everyone! The cashier was very friendly

My only note is that there was a lot of juice in the fruit cobblers.

Well, this was a disappointment. We really wanted to try this place. When we walked in, there was no one at the front. Two kids were somewhere in the back, and eventually, a girl came out. We ordered a cobbler, a PB&J pudding, two brownies, and a peach iced tea. After paying, she immediately told me they were out of tea and said, 'Get anything you want from the cooler.' We said no, that's not what we paid for. Then she said, 'Pick anything else from the menu.' But my friend has celiac and is vegan, so we couldn't. She got disgruntled, so I said, 'Just add another apple cobbler.' It took them forever to pack up our order.

When I got home, they had forgotten the pudding. I had to drive all the way back. Of course, no one was at the front. She peeked her head out and said, 'One minute.' I explained, 'I was just here. You forgot my pudding.' She replied, 'One minute. I'll be out in a minute.' Then they took forever to make a sloppy PB&J pudding cup. This is not a good place, and I will never go back.
