This place is unreal the guy that claims he’s the manager is NOT even customer friendly at all !! I arrived and went in to go the bathroom first before I place my order and the Manager wouldn’t let me use the bathroom because I didn’t order first !! That makes no since!!! They have a sign out front that says No public restroom !! That’s ok !! I had to use the bathroom so bad when I got there to the establishment and before I could place my order !! He was not having that !! I tried to explain to him that I was gonna place my order after I came out of the bathroom !! But ended up being told that I couldn’t use the bathroom until I ordered first!! I said I’m going to to order sir I need to pee first !! After his rude behavior I left out and didn’t place an order at all because who wants to give their business to an establishment with such rude employees who claims to be the manager !!!my experience was at the river city store !!

OMG!!! The sweet potato pecan cobbler is fabulous ?! Someone had told me about it so I gave it a try. It was so much better than I ever expected. The cobbler itself was fantastic. I loved the texture. Very sweet though. Only problem I had was the few strings. But otherwise, I'll be back.

its just not good if you are a real southern person every thing is box mix with a nice atmosphere. I should have known better when they gave me and my husband cafeteria ice cream cups when we asked for the ice cream on the side. SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you are a peach cobler place at least make it from scratch . It’s personally a gimmick

Didn’t know it was here. I’ve been depriving myself. Desert after anything purchased in River City. Loved It ! Sat down with group of 10 and enjoyed after birthday lunch. Cobble and Ice cream desert.

Parking: Plaza with parking in front.

Kid-friendliness: Nice place for family to sit together and enjoy. Not tight. Open seating area for kids to be kids.

I am quite sure I would have enjoyed the food, however no one was there! We went there on 9/9/2024 in the late afternoon and even hollered through the store if anyone was there! My husband even knocked on the door to the kitchen! We waited almost 10 mins and then just left!

First time visiting the Peach Cobbler Factory with family. Definitely was worth the visit! If you like blackberry I highly recommend the blackberry cobbler. Plus the service was superb.

Don't order nothing from there delivery service. They will rip you off. If you cancel it they will take your money.

Customer service was horrible! The girl that took our order actually answered her cell phone while we were trying to pay. And took other calls and was on her phone almost the entire time we were there.

Really great place! The OG banana pudding and the sweet potato pecan cobbler are the must haves. Trust me!

Came here as this was recommended by a friend of mine. We got the apple caramel cobbler and the peach cobbler. To be completely honest, both tasted almost the exact same, as if they were canned.

One of them was hot and the other was very lukewarm. Pretty disappointed with the service we received, will not be coming back.

This place doesn’t do a peach cobbler any justice. I ordered a strawberry/peach cobbler and it was more like soggy bread and jelly. The serving was warm closer on the cold side, And the ice cream was had freezer burn. The only thing that was decent was the churros. On top of that the service didn’t come with a smile, it was more like an inconvenience. No wonder the tip jar only had a dollar ?

First time at this place. I’m not a fan of peach cobbler, but I love the idea that they had different flavors. I got the Carmel Apple. It looks like pieces of crust, canned apples, and a lot of carmel sauce mixed together. It’s good if you need a sugar rush, but it was way too much. Also, I thought I was gonna get a scoop of ice cream, but I got the back in the day kid version vanilla flavored ice cream.

This is MORE than peach cobbler. It's amazing! Cookies, different cobblers, different banana puddings. Put on yo "fat hat" and enjoy. Work it off tomorrow. Everything menu wise is between $7-$10. Mike gave exceptional service. We were driving by, saw the name, and had to check it out. We were positively fooled. As of this post, I have not tasted. If it tastes as good as it looks, I'm glad I live 100 miles away. I try to leave my "fat hat" at home. Be blessed. Check 'em out. Maybe you'll place a branch in your home city.

Eww sums up what I have to say. I was excited to try this place cause I LOVE cobbler but it was GROSS. Everything was mushy, it had only the faintest hint of peach, and it was so loaded with sugar that was basically the only taste. The ice cream was run of the mill, mid quality ice cream. Service took forever but it was fairly clean.
