The food definitely is not the same from 20yrs ago! This mess went in the garabage! Just wasted money! I haven’t ate a solid meal since Saturday. Got this nasty mess before going to my meeting but really wanted Balla’s. I should’ve just waited.

Why they only gave me 4 pieces of chicken(probably equivalent to two chicken legs)and they were so tttoouugghhh!

We stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was cooked to perfection! The sauce can be more spicy, but made a great addition to the rice and beans! Will definitely stop by again when passing through.

The Pepper Pot is hearty and tasty. I always have the Combination which has beef/chicken/shrimp over rice with Extra Broccoli, 10 out of 10 and my husband who is a picky eater had the chicken fried rice.

Just slow for no darn reason! I see why people who have waited in line for over 15 mins leave. No greetings, apologies for waiting. I can go where my money and me are appreciated.

The food was pure trash! I’m pissed! The best thing, I got was the fruit punch. The jerk chicken was a disgrace to their culture . That damn jerk chicken had no seasoning/no flavor/no jerk. The pepper steak was chewy beef soup. Come on now! Y’all take more pride in the two billboards in the back than what’s in the kitchen! Do better. Been around since 1983 I don’t see how.

Ordered a Large Curry Chicken with no sides (they ran out) for $15.00. Service was definitely different from the many times I went before. Hadn't been in years but still.

Went there got curry Chicken and the jerk chicken..make it home and this is what I got..for one this is not jerk chicken this is jerk soup with gravy and I wanted beans and rice..took it back then he tells me..we don’t have beans and rice..well you should have said that when I made my order like give me the choice if I want this rice or not..my very last time there.!! An definitely about this supposed to be jerk chicken..
