Persepolis Cafe in Jacksonville, FL offers authentic Persian cuisine that is a must-try. The chicken and beef kebabs are juicy and delicious. The kobideh was absolutely delicious and so moist, the best kebab in Florida. The lamb gyro is a favorite, with tender meat, and the rice and tomatoes were excellent. The homemade pita and garlicky hummus are incredible. The almond cake and heavenly baklava are unique desserts that shouldn't be missed; the baklava was the best ever, made with pistachios and awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. For superior Persian food made with love and a welcoming atmosphere, Persepolis Cafe is the place to be.
