Horrible customer service. Do not place an online order with Peterbrooke. I placed an order for 2 day delivery on 9/12. This express shipping cost me $51.47 and the order arrived on 9/20. I reached out to Peterbrooke who never advised me the delivery would be late and called them 22 times today on the number given from the order confirmation. I also left 5 voicemails and sent Peterbrooke an email asking for an explanation as to why 2 day shipping took 8 days. Nobody ever answered the phone on two different numbers, nobody called me back and no response from my email. Simply put, I can pour liquid chocolate over my own popcorn, so why would I ever go back. They totally screwed up my order and the birthday gift I ordered was five days late and clearly Peterbrooke doesn't care. They also stole $51.47 from me for two-day shipping which never happened. Find a different company or simply melt your own chocolate, and pour it over a pretzel, popcorn or anything else. That's all they do and it won't cost you the outrageous amount that these people charge. You'll get no help and no response if they screw up your order like they did mine.

Lovely chocolate shop with a very nice young lady at the counter. I got a couple different treats and they were delicious, top notch. Only complaint is my $25 did not go far at all

I stopped by since I was in the area . I ordered chocolate covered strawberries. It was a bit pricey , the chocolate on my strawberries was VERY thick . I could have melted down again that's how thick it was . But the strawberries were amazing .

We were on a tour of Jacksonville and our tour guide told us a story about the owner and how the tradition of chocolate covered popcorn began. Then he took us to the shop in San Marcos. We sampled the popcorn and chocolate covered pretzels. They had wonderful gift boxes of a large variety of chocolates . My favorite was the chocolate covered toffee with nuts. They also had several flavors of gelato. We all enjoyed this shop.
