Peterbrooke Chocolatier River City

Chocolates were good. Customer service was horrible. The young lady with the pink hair ignored us as soon as we walked in. We felt very unwelcomed the entire visit. If we had not specifically drove her to get Valentines Day treats we would have left.

Worker was nice, but the box of chocolate strawberries was bad strawberries and small. You wouldn't know because the chocolate made them look good. I will stick to my edible arrangements stores.

I went in for Chocolate covered popcorn, some bags had trays in them some didn’t , poorly packaged by staff , was told the ice cream machine been down for weeks , the cashier threw my change on the counter and proceeded to talk to her co workers in the back she was very unprofessional had pink crazy hair was Caucasian I was highly disappointed she needs customer service etiquette classes won’t be returning to this location ever !

Excellent service! The new management has really turned this location around. Friendly faces and sweet treats made it a great experience! The chocolate covered Oreos and popcorn are my personal favorites

Store looks amazing and clean after switching ownership. The owners and their staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable and the chocolate is of course delicious!

Love Peterbrooke and all their products! This location is under new management from the owners of Peterbrooke Town Center and Julignton Creek. They have turned this River City store around filling it up with great products and employees. Definitely recommend visiting this location!

The employees were very nice, and chocolate was very good. Their chocolate lacks a distinctive acidity to it that you get when buying something like a Hershey bar and that makes it much better in my opinion.
