One of my favorite places! It's so cute a quaint and perfectly placed in avondale between shops and biscottis. The young lady working was very helpful. I got my favorite, cattails (a turtle wrapped around a pretzel stick) if you haven't had one, try it. It will change your life. I also had a sample of the strawberry lemon gelato. Very rich and creamy. Side note, I. July Peterbrook offers free gelato. I've been here multiple times but got a shot of the front entrance this time. Check them out and take a stroll to make you feel better about your bad choices. There is a park down the way lol.

I went here for get an anniversary gift. There are Major parking issues at this location. I am handicapped and have a parking permit. All spaces were full including regular parking spots. I called the store to see if they had parking available. The lady looked and said no and suggested parking in a lot the was clearly labeled for another business and violators will be towed. I tried the side streets and streets behind the location and they were all full. I ended up parking and walking 3-4 blocks away on a day when my pain level was very high. Unfortunately this was the only time I had available to get this gift. Additionally, the temperature was way above 90° and I’m going to have to walk back to my car in the heat with the chocolate gift potentially melting. The lady in the shop was very nice. I explain to her the difficulty I had and getting to the shop. She admitted to the parking being a problem there. She stated that many people are parking in the parking spaces and going to Southern grounds to use their Internet café and spending a long time there. I mentioned that they really need to look into doing something about the parking situation. I suggested that maybe a parking space in front of the location signed specifically for Peterbrooke chocolate or limiting the parking in front of certain businesses to 15- 30 minutes.. I also noted six cars that were illegally parked in the area because the lack of parking. I am not one of those people that are going to illegally park. I will say that the lady working there was extremely nice and offered me a bottled water as I left because it was so hot out and the distance I had to walk. Dispute this kindness, I highly doubt I will be back at this location due to the parking unless the parking issues are resolved.

I ate dinner at Casbah on the "Avondale" night out event. After I had dinner, I went for a walk/shopping. I bought some of my favorite chocolate covered popcorn and two orders for chocolate covered pretzel sticks. OMG-love love love! Cons-everyone knows that parking can be tricky. Just be patient and one will open up or you can park down one of the residential roads. Thanks going out to Peterbrookes!

Bought an assortment of chocolate. Potato chip covered chocolates were good, but popcorn chocolate was very stale. Disappointing as I purchased an extra one as a gift, but decided not to give it out after trying it.

Delightful chocolate shop. Was walking by and just popped in. Smells amazing and the staff was delightful to chit chat with. Picked up two chocolates and a cat tail. The chocolates were smooth and creamy. Looking forward to the cat tails.

My son and I popped in today to grab a little treat. My husband and I are familiar with Peterbrooke since we have lived in the area for 20+ years. The product/chocolate is amazing, that has always stayed consistent. It is hard for companies to find help that goes above and beyond for their brand; however, Peterbrooke in Avondale has the greatest staff! Specifically, Ms. Joyce (not sure if I spelled that correctly). When my son and I came in earlier, she was so warm and welcoming. Her grandson shared the same name as my son, and she shared photos and suggested products for my son. It was truly so wonderful and an amazing experience! She even suggested the camp and summer Wednesday scoops. She did not miss a single beat when working with us, and my son is still bragging about his new friend at the chocolate store. Support the locals and stop in and tell Ms. Joyce hello!

I love Peterbrooke. The chocolate covered popcorn and their chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite. I've also tried the chocolate covered bacon, chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered nuts. The only downside is the location/size. The Town Center location is bigger than this one as well. But, still the same great experience!
Very very clean place with nice staff. Always a good choice with affordable prices.

Ordered 80 chocolate cover strawberries for a event this weekend. This location was very helpful and answered all of my questions and kept me posted on how everything was going. They also called to confirm our pick up was ready. They placed them in a beautiful arrangement with a colored bow of my choice. The strawberries were a hit at the party. Thank you to everyone that helped!
