TLDR: OK breakfast items.

Am a sucker for home fries, and the omelette and toast were decent enough. Server was great, and very nice.

Food was not good and not enough options, ie. No hot tea, GF toast option. Service was subpar.

Double charged for my meal, they said I couldn’t pay with Apple Pay and that they declined it. They didn’t. I paid twice and they have no number or way of contacting them unless you wanna drive back to the airport. Don’t go here.

Walked right in and sat myself (per the signs). After waiting about 10 minutes I realized that I needed to scan a QR code to view the menu and order--unfortunately, my table was not put back into rotation before I sat down so I needed to get a waitress to adjust my table in the system. Food was good--I did enjoy the atmosphere, I just wish I had received more information regarding the QR code system and also had my table put into rotation... before me having to get someone to ask.

This grill was the most quiet restaurant in the area, which I needed for my senses. Probably better choice for those of you with ADHD or Autistic types that need a quieter space. Granted, this is an airport and it will never be completely quiet. The lack of interaction (use of QR codes etc) is also helpful for those with high anxiety. A little more signage or a brief quip of an explanation before sitting would be ideal.

The manager is definitely the problem at this location. Try to sit down 20 minutes before they closed and they would not service us. The manager insisted that we did not even sit after restaurants tables. Save yourself some pain and go anywhere else.

The food is terrible. The customer service was so bad. We waited 15 minutes just for someone to even notice us standing there and the price was overpriced. Do not go there

I grabbed breakfast at PGA Tour Grill while waiting for my flight, and it was actually very good. My waitress, Diedra, was pleasant and attentive without being overbearing, which made for a nice start to the day.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had sourdough toast with breakfast. The service was very fast, the coffee was hot, and overall this was a great option while waiting at the airport.

I would absolutely stop here again when flying out of JAX.

Embarrassingly poor food. This entire airport's restaurants appear to be run by the same cash grabbers turning out swill for too much money. Just go hungry, I mean it.

Grilled Mahi Mahi sandwich is the best I’ve had. Came with arugula, tomato and red onion. Jacksonville airport is one of the easiest to go to/through.

My wife my son and I stopped in for cocktails before our flight. Wife and I both had two dbl Bloody Mary’s and son had two beers. The guy next to us had a shot of JD $13.00 which Diandra (you DA) added to our bill. Didn’t realize till too late. Bill was $120.00

Services is bottoms tier. Beers are good, bartenders are very unaware of what’s going and spend a bunch of time taking about nonsense. TVs were not working, was trying to watch the PGA championship! Instead I was looking at blank screen!

Food was good but has a dumb QR code to pay at table that is a big hassle. More labor put off on customers. Why am I spending ten minutes to do this in an airport, one of the most time sensitive and stressful places that exist?

Burgers are ok, but nothing to sell on a menu. I had the Backspin burger with chips- not much to write about. And the chips I chose as a side completely disappointed as overcooked and not much on flavor side. Wife had the Fish and chips (Frys) and she enjoyed both. Overall, come for the beer while waiting for your next flight, but I regret this lunch decision

Smallest wings I’ve ever had. Great taste and good attentive service, but if they will serve mini wings, they should compensate putting more pieces. Atmosphere is nice!
