I stopped in for a beer. When I was ready to leave, I asked a bartender for my check. She said that she would tell my bartender who seemed to have gone AWOL about ten minutes later, I managed to get her attention. She gave me the bill for beer: $11.81

I can't really speak much to the food or the atmosphere here as I didn't eat here, but after how I was treated, I can't say that I would eat here.My wife and I came into JAX on a fairly slow afternoon and my wife needed to use the restroom located next to this restaurant. Tasked with watching all of our luggage and our drinks we'd just gotten at the Starbucks near this restaurant, I sat down at an empty table that only had 2 chairs and was located outside of the actual restaurant. I guess this didn't sit well with what I have to assume is the manager. An older man, I'm assuming a server, approached and nicely asked me if he could help me with anything or ifnI was ready to order. I politely informed him that my wife was in the restroom not 50ft away and that I was simply waiting for her. As we were speaking, a woman approached him and asked him why there wasn't a menu on my table, and then seemed to chew into him while directing it at me, telling him "There should be a menu on every table, this is a restaurant after all!".If this was a busy Saturday night and the place was packed, I'd somewhat understand them not wanting me to take up a table (though the manager still could have handled it better). On a slow Wednesday afternoon, this was uncalled for, and it turns away potential customers. My wife and I had just gotten off of a 3 hour flight and were hungry, and we would have happily considered having a meal here had this interaction not occured.Instead of speaking rudely about people who may have spent money at your establishment, you chose to be rude not only to the customer, but to the server who was actually handling the interaction properly. Do better.

I travel in and out of JIA pretty frequently. I have tried 3 times to get a bite to eat before my 9:30 pm flight. I sit down at 8:00 pm and have been told on ALL 3 occasions that they are giving last call because they close at 8:30. That’s ridiculous! How does an airport restaurant bar close at 8;30! Plenty of people in the restaurant and walking around! Was offered 1 drink and a limited menu of either wings, chicken fingers or fish and chips! That’s it!! Terrible customer service!

Cafeteria food at best. The Tabasco and beer are the best tasting items on the menu… because it’s sourced from company’s that actually have a reputation to uphold.

Concerning that an item on the menu is another just with a 2.50 bacon add on... Got the Americana with chips and can't say anything good about it. Blandest meat, the lettuce was spring lettuce that was just not good. Got fries when ordered chips, the fries as tasteless as tasteless gets. Was hoping the chips would be better, but some were super soggy others rock hard and all stone cold with black specks which indicates bad oil. Also be prepared for a interesting glass served to you with a blue moon on tap: straight and thing walled with a lot of the carbonation gone. Overall just not the best experience.

Don’t stop in here. Don’t. Just don’t. It’s so bad. Microwaved fries from yesterday, even during the noon hour. Crispy burger with rotten vegetables. Worst airport food experience.

Had a great server, very attentive service. It’s airport food but we had flatbread and quesadillas and it was good.

I visited the grill inside of Jacksonville Airport. The food was very good. They have multiple tvs showing different sports.

Worst airport dining experience ever. 20 plus dollars for a glass of wine and after 40 minutes, it turned out our lunch ticket had NEVER BEEN TURNED IN. We went across the way and got takeout sandwiches from a place with limp lettuce: I won't name them because at least we got to eat something.

I get I am a captive audience and that you get the freedom to set your bar at below mediocrity (to be clear mediocre was not even in the conversation). This meal was worse than a Disney movie circa 2023.
