Surf & Turf philly with cheese wiz and a side oder of fries was not to appealing. Not what I was hoping for.

It is an actual Philly cheesesteak. I'm visiting Jacksonville from Philadelphia and it served on a delicious amoroso roll. They even have Philadelphia water ice. Im in heaven.

The food is great. The owner has her young son working up front taking orders and running the register. He does a really good job. He's a very smart and respectful young man. I love seeing him there when I come. I'm on oxygen and he tries to help me as soon as I walk in. I haven't had any bad food from there. It's all very delicious.

The lemon pepper wings are good for the great low price compared to others and the staff is friendly. I go here at least once a month

So im from Philly, which makes me an actual critic! I haven't had a good cheesesteak in so long I almost forgot how pleasing it can be on the taste buds. I ordered a large cheesesteak today with white American cheese and no veggies (I like to taste the meat!). The steak was high quality, not fatty. The roll was super fresh and it seemed like an Amaroso Roll but I didn't ask. The fries were thin and my daughter, the picky one, was thrilled with the whole meal. We agreed that it wasn't greasy, tasted great, and we were both pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back and seriously recommend this place.

My wife and I stopped here for some lunch while shopping. I like the place and will be going back. The cheesesteak was great, had more than enough meat, tasted really good, and was a good size. My only observation is the roll was a little on the roll was on the soft side so it had a hard time supporting the wonderful sub. The large was large enough for us to split and the fries (shoestring) were enough as well. The people who took are of us were wonderful.. and get an A +. Knowing we were going to split a meal, they even broke the sub up into two baskets. I am glad we stopped.

2nd time here and the service is great the food is perfect. Definitely 5 stars for the type of food your getting. Its been hot and fresh both times. Tried the wings this time also and was able to try different flavors on the wings. Will definitely come back, if for nothing else the absolute impeccable service.

This new or revamped restaurant is delicious. Not only is it clean in the restaurant, but it seems like they care. The woman at the front taking our order/dropped it off and asked how the meal is going too. She is very polite! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
