2nd time here and the service is great the food is perfect. Definitely 5 stars for the type of food your getting. Its been hot and fresh both times. Tried the wings this time also and was able to try different flavors on the wings. Will definitely come back, if for nothing else the absolute impeccable service.

This new or revamped restaurant is delicious. Not only is it clean in the restaurant, but it seems like they care. The woman at the front taking our order/dropped it off and asked how the meal is going too. She is very polite! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Been here twice . The workers are very friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. They really stuff the rolls with cheese steak meat, however, the meat could use some flavor. It looks very good, and the fries are good, but the meat lacks flavor..****

Went back yesterday and got a cheese steak with lettuce and tomato, it was full of flavor this time And very juicy... Absolutely delicious!! Even the ends of the roll were juicy and flavorful, just like we like it.! Will definitely go back.. the lady at the front is always friendly and nice and the restaurant is always extremely clean. Great place ! Would definitely recommend !!

Got a flier in the mail and drove by, saw the Philly Connection was gone and South of Philly was in Argyle! We stopped in to get a cheesesteak, hers was straight up peppers and onions with provolone and onion rings, mine was the Smokehouse with Whiz and added some Honey Hot wings. Got home and opened the sandwich up to a steamy, cheesy, glorious messy cheesesteak. Loved every bite! The wings were crispy and juicy with saucy heat. No pics find out for ya self!

This place is so much money I did not go in. 1 sub nothing on it is 13.00 if you add mushrooms it is 14.00. You would be better off going to a restaurant. Did not get food or walk in.

We always love this place. I don't know if they are under new management or not, as it has changed a little, but the food is still amazing! The onion rings are a light batter, also tempura like, and they are amazing!

Once you find South of Philly, you'll wonder why you didn't go sooner. It's the kind of spot that feels like a well-kept secret. The Philly cheesesteaks are the restaurant's main draw, and the food is simply amazing. These sandwiches have everything you could possibly want: melted cheese that melts with every mouthful, tender, flavorful meat, and bread that is just the right amount of soft but still strong enough to keep everything together. The burgers, which are expertly prepared and liberally topped with fresh ingredients, are equally remarkable. What about the fries? To be honest, they might even be superior to McDonald's, but let's just say they'll make you double-check that. The prices at South are among their best features.

This place is pure nostalgia for me. When I saw the sign, I parked and SPRINTED in the door. It’s a very affordable and authentic cheesesteak. my parents are from Philly and Philly Connection was like pizza night for me. Please give them a try. I need this place to stay around

Walked in ready to order- they were more concern with where I worked. All wanted to do was order and they asked why I was there? I said ummmm I came to place an order.. I just left and decided to go elsewhere. Place was empty and if they continue this way, it will stay empty. Completely insane.
