I have been here several times and had good experiences each time. This past Friday by far was the best I experienced. It was a busy Friday evening for the location. Before calling to place my order I was having issues with the app and online order. The app kept crashing and never would properly place my order. I called in and Tim quickly, professionally, and effectively assisted me in taking my order over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted by the cashier who was very friendly. Tim was making my order with a fellow employee in the back. After finishing up making my order he brought out my last pizza and gave his best wishes. I enjoyed this interaction of positive customer service and experience. Thank you to the store and specifically to Tim!

Do not order from this location. They take your order but never complete it. When you call to follow up, they lie about the situation. It’s either a lack of willingness to work or sheer incompetence in managing a Pizza Hut. Extremely disappointing experience.

0 stars! I order through the Pizza Hut app to avoid door dash and get they had door dash deliver the food still, with no security wrapping or anything sealing the food secure. And to top it off they gave me the wrong order. I called and mentioned to them my order was wrong after I’ve waited two hours to receive it and the managers response was that’s not my fault, it’s door dash contact them. I wish it was something I could file on this place regarding safety concern because that should not be safe the way the delivered their food and their costumer service is garbage as well.

Pizza had almost no cheese. The breadsticks were in one big piece. Not cut into sticks. And the seasoning on top was in one clump in one spot. I think Pete got mad when i asked him if the breadsticks were fresh.

Their is a pizzhut on main street 3 min away from my house but I rather drive 20min to go to this pizza hut I love the customer service everytime and my order be fresh and Hot 🔥 and ready everytime 😋

I have never had a pizza that was nastier than the pizza that I ordered from this location and have never deal with a manager that was as rude and unprofessional as the one that works here.
I had ordered a pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza but received the pizza without any sausages. So I called to complain about the order and was told by customer service that I was going to get a replacement pizza sent to me.
After waiting over an hour for the pizza to be delivered meantime my husband decided to eat the pizza that was already delivered and when I tell you it was the nastiest pizza that I have ever eaten please trust and believe me that it was.
When I called back the next day to complain about not receiving the replacement pizza the manager told me that he would refund me for the sausage only and refused to remake the pizza. This just happened a week ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I wish that I could give them a negative 5 star review.

The Pizza Hut in San Marco (Jacksonville, FL) has 5-star employees who take your order. Those I've encountered go above and beyond to provide excellent service. However, this location struggles with food preparation (wrong toppings, overcooked/burnt, or cold). Unfortunately, you are taking a gamble...what you order 9 out of 10 times WILL NOT be what you receive.
