If you order delivery and tip through the Pizza Hut website, this location will pocket your tip and subcontract the order via Doordash but they will NOT pay the driver the tip they received for the order.As a Doordash driver, I've confirmed with over a handful of customers that all claim they tipped on the website, and I've yet to receive a tip unless the customer ordered directly from Doordash.I'm appalled that this is even a legal practice. Customers are tipping expecting to be tipping the driver, but in reality they're just stuffing the pocket of the franchise owner of this location. It's unruly.To the owner of this location, please be more transparent with your customers and be fair to the doordash drivers delivering your orders. If you keep the entire tip to yourself, we're only getting paid 2.50$-3$ for the order. We are entirely dependant on tips to make a living, you are likely not. Please stop doing this as a means of getting utterly cheap or free labor and be more respectful of those you are taking money from.Thank you.

Worst experience I’ve had! I’m in the hospital ordered delivery with specific instructions… Pizza Hut used a DoorDash person, my order was not delivered and I was advised I must call door dash for a refund or have DoorDash call them to have my order remade! I didn’t order through DoorDash! Did I mention the numerous non answered calls when dasher was as not responding to my text and I tried calling the store… after waiting over a hour for the delivery here we are.. I still have no refund and no pizza! Did I mention I haven’t eaten since 9pm last night! It’s almost 2pm!???
New crust for special 9.99 pizzas trash thinner lame not a deal stick to the regular pizzas if you want the traditional pizza

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY Ordered pizza Oct 21 at 7:03pm.Called back at 7:53 pm' asked to have refund as it wasn't received. Cashuer agreed. Today' Nov 1st still haven't received refund despite calling store on Oct 26th and leaving name and number. ' Did not receive return call as promised. Spoke to cashier today at 12:08 pm' who took information and then transferred call so I could speak to someone. Got Recording to leave message' which I did. Hoping someone will now call so I can get my refund.

THE WORST EVER! Every time I calledI was immediately put on hold without asking. I waited for my kids pizzaFor over an HOUR when the delivery time was 25-35 minutes. Only to find out my order was cancelled after I had paid and was not directly notified!!

Bad slow and when you call them to see where the order is they pick up the phone and set it down with out saying anything. Our entire 50 dollar order was bad except the 2 liter of Pepsi that was ok
