Good Morning, so if I could give a 0 star than that would be my choice for my recent visit. We normally support this Pizza Hut because it's been apart of our neighborhood for many years and we would hate to see it go. Just like the Pizza Hut that had closed near 95 on Dunn. But this particular time, my order was extremely off. The pizza just didn't look at fresh as it normally does. So when I got the pizza home as normal, kids started to eat with no problem. My youngest went back for another slice and as she was eating it a long string of hair was inside of the pizza. I thought maybe it was had gotten on the plate. Literally it was inside stuck up under the cheese, like it was baked with it. This completely turned me and the kids off. I've never really had a problem before at this Pizza Hut. I hate to do this but we're going to have to find another spot to support 😔😔

My friend is a truck driver and was trying to help a friend to eat while he was gone. He accidently put the order for pick up and not delivery. Obviously the order was not picked up. When he called to correct that mistake the manager of this location just said he lost his money. But yet the pizza was not picked up or delivered. I'm sure they ate the pizza. The kind thing would have been to honor the order. Customer service definitely isn't customer service anymore.

Trash! I asked for a whole pepperoni with pineapple on half….this is what I got. The Wings barely had sauce. Good customer service though.

Super duper slow service. They have no pep in their steps every time I come here, no matter who seems to be working here. Horrible customer service. If you work for door dash beware of taking orders from here because you will be waiting far too long. They had people coming in who were picking up, and their systems said their orders were ready but they were far far behind on the make line and oven. Why on earth would your system display to customers that their orders were ready but they were actually far from ready? PIZZA HUTT, y’all need to get your systems fixed, get more proficient and efficient with it! Wasted a whole hour of my time. They refused my business (even as a door dash driver). Witnessed a bunch of arguing over a customer just wanting their money back after he waited an exorbitant amount of time for their order. Super unprofessional. The female staff member who spoke to me very unprofessionally also said she was high on marijuana. If I could write a 0 star review, I would.

The chick lied about the bathroom key. The toilet was flooded. Told us it would be ready in 10 minutes. Ended up waiting over half an hour for a pizza. They were not even busy. The cooks were nicer and more polite and courteous than the counter workers. If you can go to another pizza hut, I'd highly recommend it.

This really should have been a 1 star review, but I generously gave 2.
#1 if you can stay away on a Saturday night, pls do. Their lobby was filled with ppl waiting on orders! There were literally 4 pages of names on the TV screen!
#2 My food was wrong. I'll take partial blame for this because I should have checked my box before I left. Just to get home and see my food was not as requested.
#3 The lady that answered the phone was very nice! She offered to remake my order and to come back to pick it up; HOWEVER, when I arrived, my order was NOT ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. My order was over 30.00 most disgusting pizza I think I've ever eat. The crust was burnt. hard as a brick. I will never order from Pizza Hut. I went to the location on dunn avenue. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I GOT ROBBED. I Ordered the 10 cinnamon sticks for 7.49, and only recieved 5. Also, ordered the 8 boneless wings for 8.19, got 7. This seemed intentional. If you're running short of products, inform customers or discount the price.

I purchased a hand tossed pepperoni pizza from this restaurant and my pizza tasted like grease and sauce mixed up there. You can’t even taste the bread or the dough from the pizza. It looked. The presentation is great, but the taste is nasty. Customer service when you call and tell him about it, it sucks, the young lady, I know who she was when she answered the phone. She didn’t even try to resolve anything all she said was I can’t help you good night anyways it is horrible for me to spend $14 for pizza that taste more grease from then pizza itself I will not be spending more money at Pizza Hut. I will for now on stick to what I know which is Domino’s Pizza and Papa John’s .
