I paid for 18 pizzas in advance. 4 of them were burned, they were not in order. The GM was totally rude, as if I owed Pizza Hut something ....the whole experience is not worth going there again and please always check your order at that particular pizza

This Pizza Hut is horrible I went in and the staff was horrible the girl in the front was only on her phone not paying all the customers no mind and when she handed me my food she rolled her eyes so rude, I looked on my receipt and her name is dacora she is so rude and does not care about how she treats customers this store needs better staff other than people that are on there phone and inconsiderate of their customers! Bad service and horrible management!

First off, my entire household has covid. The driver neglected to see that I requested for them to leave my order at my door. After about 3 minutes of waiting on them to leave it, they didn't. I was forced to get up & do a face to face exchabge. Secondly, they also forgot my drinks. I called the store manager & informed them of everything I'm writing today. It's an hour later & I still haven't received my sodas. Lastly, my Cinnabon & one of my pizzas were undercooked. Did I mention my driver was high out of his mind? Highly unacceptable. Please fix this immediately. I gave 2 stars and not 1 because this is the 1st bad experience out of 3 that I've had with this location.
