The worst Pizza Hut I ever was. For dashers, it’s a nightmare. You will always wait for 20-30 minutes for your order to be made, and the crew would be mad at you, if you would tell them that you were waiting that long.

I place an order online, wait until ur days order ready. Go inside to pay and they tell me it'll be a few minutes. I say ok. Waiting and waiting. 15 minutes or so waiting a customer comes in after me and several people waiting for their pizzas and order right there on the spot. No order placed beforehand. They get their stuff crust pizza before I get my small football shaped pizza before me. I waited 25 minutes for a small pizza and all I get is a sorry. Not to mention I waited 15 minutes after placing my order before I went in to pay. 40 minutes total for a personal pizza

I ordered two 2 dollar, personal pan pizzas. The service was great, and the pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Tuesday is my pizza day. You get the best for your money!

Whoever the black girl was that worked the drive through window 7/19/2025 around 4p don’t need to work the drive through window. She has 0 customers service skills. I pulled up, she open the window just staring at me. I said Hi I have a pick up order with my name, she closed the window… she didn’t say a word. After a few minutes she came back, opened the window, didn’t say anything handed me my food, and closed the window. She didn’t confirm what I got, she said absolutely nothing the whole transaction

Just nasty need a cleanup crew of some sort ladies when u have ya monthly dibble look behind u it should not be blood on the seat the bathroom was nasty nasty but food n everything was ok I guess really no issues their but that bathroom is making me go else where for my food

It could have been better. I didn’t like the dough. It looked frozen from the supermarket.
Lobby was closed early was not allowed to go in had to use the drive thru. We arrived at 8:10pm and was first in line,served at the window at 8:38pm. Was told 20 minutes for the order. Pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. We wait another 20 minutes and only receive the pizza. They did not make our mozzarella sticks and did not offer something else in its place. I had to demand something similar of equal value in its place since I already paid and a refund was not offered. Waited until 9:20pm and they still had not made what I asked for which was cheese sticks. Finally received that at 9:30pm and the cook was yelling from the kitchen that we were rushing him too much and we were ungrateful. The girl who checked us out originally also told us we could not do anything and could not rush the cook and shouldn't be so demanding. Will never go back. Overpriced anyway at $29.67 got the order. Horrible service and wait time.

Put order in on app approximately 11 am to be ready at 5pm got there 530 in drive up after 5 minutes person said not ready pull to front door she will bring it out 15 minutes later no one came out I went in store watching employees take orders including Manger answering phone taking orders ignoring me after order I asked about my order manager said in a sarcastic manor ah sh went to back 10 mote minutes person brought my order no apology no nothing 45 minutes after order was to be ready I got it with no explanation horrible service

#038670 Customer service training need for drive thru. Car before us full blown conversation going on, not a word just umhum when we pulled up. Had to correct order and even then umhum . No apology needed however wrong impression given. Pizza and chicken good but 3 for customer service
