Pizza Hut

(Keep in mind LARGE family 2 adults and 5 kids)…So 2 weeks ago we ordered dominoes delivery we get the pizza cold and burnt we call back explain what’s wrong very rude but sent us another pizza 45 mins later the exact same way!! This weekend we decided on Pizza Hut and OMG food is beautiful and HOT kids even said oh wow this is WAY WAY better than the dominoes thank you Pizza Hut!!!!! 🥰😁😁🥳🥳🥳

Ben, a delivery driver would have hit my parked car if I didn’t move out of his way. Then got sassy when confronted. Pizza was good but the overall experience was unpleasant.

Parking: Watch out for your vehicle, bad parking lot situation.

Dee And also The delivery driver in the whole entire team at the Beach location did an amazing job. The pizza was incredible if you order triple meat, triple cheese, double sauce, two pieces of pizza will fill you up in no time unless you’re starving then maybe you might be able to make it through half of pizza but these pizzas definitely beat some of the biggest most incredible 50 inch pizzas I’ve ever seen. If I can give the restaurant 10 stars, I would highly recommend anyone who’s brand new to Jacksonville to try this restaurant out.

Absolutely makes the best pizza out of all pizzas here in Jacksonville, Florida. After ordering for six years from this location today for some reason, we ended up going to the store didn’t realize that’s where our favorite delivery driver is located. His name is Marvin. Incredible guy. awesome to deal with and has been delivering to us for six years. The awesome service that we have received over this time. It’s completely incredible and Astonishing. Also, Dee Was very professional polite and made sure that our order was 100% correct and was very thorough to make sure we had everything we needed before we left doublecheck and opened all the boxes! Jamihal and Nikki were also there when I had arrived. They had like 12 orders on the board and they got those orders out of there so fast it was amazing if you are in Jacksonville, Florida, and want to expert experience the best pizza I would recommend this Pizza Hut for you if I can give them more than five stars would!!! Amazing job to this crew at the store. I would also must ask where is Brittany? She had served there for several years. Kind of like one of the faces of the store. Amazing service wherever she is. Hopefully, she’s doing good! Great job everyone.

Ordered through Door Dash the delivery guy George didn’t even ring my doorbell just placed it at my door! They want to charge per topping but there were hardly any toppings and hardly any sauce the pepperoni was on the crust not on the cheese (where they were supposed to be)! Definitely not worth the $45.01 I spent!

Worst pizza hut in the city. Either no sauce or way too much sauce, and the dough tastes old.. Whenever the pizza is made perfect, my stomach starts boiling & I feel sick after digestion. When it comes to delivery the drivers take 50 years. The Pizza Track will say delivered, but it wont get to my door until 10-15 mins after that, so idk if it’s the drivers or if there’s a system issue

I would like to start by saying that we are loyal Pizza Hut customers.

JASON who is the GM gave us the the WORSE SERVICE.

Our food was hot and tasted fine. We hosted a small gathering at our house. Everyone who ate the 3 pizza got sick and had the Stomach Aches. This was the only food that we served.

When I called and spoke Jason. He mentioned the only thing I can do for you is remake the out food and we needed to give him the food that already eaten back hours later after recovering.

If Pizza Hut messes up in the past. A credit or refund is issued without a problem. Jason assumed I was lying when he mentioned "No one else has gotten sick and our food is made fresh. Thats all I can do for you."

I responded "Thats what you're willing to do not you're able to do" He then hung up one me. I called back immediately being put on hold.

There hasn't been any resolving this issue. At this point it isn't about the $28. Its about the fact the leadership in this store cares more about ego than making sure their customers are satisfied.

In this economic climate you'd think business are willing to ensure customers are A) Ok with their food and service. B) That their clients are not going return and bring more business back.

If this store is a franchise I truly feel bad for the ownership that their employees are costing them business and reputation.

This pizza hut is the best pizza hut i have ever had food from. The pizza was made to perfection and the wings were crispy exactly how I like them. So glad to have discovered this little gem and for the person complaining about bathrooms theres a convenience store 3 doors down they have public bathrooms - you'd be hard pressed to find any establishment lacking sit down seating to allow you to use the bathroom ?
