I got this last night around 940 and it was the best Pizza Hut pizza I ever had! We picked it up as soon as it was ready so I’m sure that helped, but honestly it blew my mind how good it was for Pizza Hut. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection and had the perfect ratio of sauce and toppings! I swear it tasted like there was a secret recipe or ingredient. Whoever made those pizzas needs to keep making those pizzas! The only down side to the whole order is the pasta wasn’t as hot as it should have been. I’m not sure what could account for that as the top of the pasta was crusted as it did go through the oven. How good the pizza was I couldn’t have cared less about that pasta! I absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut!

This Pizza Hut is or was one of the best around. I don’t know what is going on. The last 3 or so times. I get the wrong pizza delivery. When I go and pick up been good. When delivered it’s the wrong pizza made the wrong way. Tried to talk to Pizza Hut about it and completely useless. So not only is it close to 30 to 50 dollars to eat now with all the extra fees. I get the wrong food and not even close to what I ordered. Been a customer as long as they have been there probably over 30 years. Hate to say thanks for the good years. But I’m bowing out. Too expensive and service is unacceptable. Good bye Pizza Hut. You were good.

Me and my parents have been getting our pizza from this HUT SINCE EARLY 90s and I’ll tell you the truth they good people and know how to do some HUT cooking premo thanks for keeping it real .

I thought I wanted pizza huts $6.99 My Hut Personal Pan today for lunch. I called up to place an order for pickup before heading that way with my co worker. Immediately when I called I was told to please hold and I waiting for 6 mins no one came back so I was like ok they are probably busy so I’ll just drive up and place an order it’s right down the road. So my co worker and I get there and we walk in side ready to order, I noticed lobby was empty and there was one guy sitting at his desk/ computer and one guy walking to the front eating a personal pan. I asked to place and or for the my hut box, he said it’s online only, I’m thinking to myself I just took my nephews a week ago to another location and we walked in and ordered and was fine. So I was about to say ok cool I’ll just go online quick and place it. Before I said that he says quickly plus we are out and waiting for me to come in. I’m like well then…… I would have saved a trip if I was not on hold on the phone for 6 mins. Plus…… that employee that was eating what would have been that last pizza could have sold that one to a paying customer….. IJS. My former business manager expertise kicked in. Before I got up set I just said ok thank you left and we ate lunch and spent $35 at Subway. I felt that experience was off so I had to write a review. Seemed like it could have been so simple of an experience ??♂️

Never open when they say they’re open they don’t process refunds properly they don’t call people before they cancel their order online it says they open at 9:30 then the guy said they open at 10:00 that was a lie waited a hour for order for the manger to say “we cancelled your order we don’t open till 10 and we don’t have anything set up” m
The same Manager picked the phone up and hang up on a customer who was trying to order “I’m not taking any phone orders today” to his workers whoever the owner of this store is they need to either get new management or just close this store down and rebrand with new staff
Food got 4 stars because the white lady who made my food threw down
Terrible service, they didn't want to take my order, and they hung up on me and then left me waiting, because English is not very good, but they understood what I was asking

I go here about once a week, and the quality of the food is always great and the customer service is the best. I order from the app which is quick and easy and they always remember me when I come in. If they are out of something or something isn't perfect, they will go above and beyond to satisfy you like giving you free food. Hands down the best Pizza Hut on the Westside.
Parking: In a huge parking lot next to an old office depot. No shortage of parking.
Food was fresh and absolutely delicious!!!
