We called and within 30 minutes a new pizza was delivered, super friendly employee. But the experience was enough for considering if we will be ordering in the future or not.

I'm very displeased with Pizza Hut after not receiving items I paid for. Tip typically 25% throughout all of my orders, order about once a week for over a year. Orders are later than ETA 90% of the time, and pizza isn't cut through all the way on some occasions. Have had cold pizza a couple of times, or toppings against the top of the box due to improper handling during delivery. Never complained, but when they don't give me what I paid for at time of delivery, I will no longer use Pizza Hut for any of my pizza needs.
