I usually am excited to treat myself to Pizza Hut.
This pizza is not the way I had your pizza, in the past.
It was always flavorful and hot. I would have to wait a few minutes before eating it, because it was so hot still, when it arrived.
This pizza was hard and warm and greasy.
It looks Iike a minimum pizza sauce was used. I used to live at 4263 Losco Rd #1414. I had them delivered there.
We recently bought a home.
I’m very disappointed. I threw it away.
Times are tough for everyone, don’t make a special time , like treating yourself to a pizza
A bad experience, because you have to cut corners. It hurts everyone. Especially your business, which now I don’t trust.

My pizza was hot and fresh. It was ready when expected. The toppings were generous and the pizza was very well made. It tastes even better than it looks. Service was excellent and very friendly.

If their life depended on it it would not be able to make a pizza right. Most likely they would argue with that fact

I prefer Pizza Hut because of their easy online ordering, fair pricing
and hot delicious pizza always prepared as ordered and ready at the designated time of pickup!!

Ordered pizzas here ahead of time and saw the order was in the warmer when I arrived. However had to wait 5 min while the person in the back packed an order for someone else.

I can’t give any stars because my delivery arrived cold and my reward cheesestick was not added as well as I was charged more on my card than what my receipt says. When I called the restaurant, the lack of concern from the manager Abigail was unreal. How are you the manager but yelling from wherever you are in the store at the young man answering the phones as to what to advise me? I was also charged more than what my total was. I didn’t even call back because with the nonchalant concern I received when I did call, I was not about to get the same response about my money and quality of food by calling back to speak to her. If you order food for a delivery, it should come hot. I should have not had to warm my food up when it arrived. I live less than 6 minutes away from the restaurant. My food should have not been cold on arrival. I will NOT be placing another delivery order if this is how your company is going to handle the customer.
It's a pickup only. I didn't see a dining area. But it was filled with nice people.

Our last experience with Pizza Hut wasn’t fantastic so the manager issued a $10 credit for our troubles. When we came into the store to make our next purchase, Abby Friedel wanted to ensure this experience was much better than the last.
She showed genuine concern about our prior experience and made sure she understood the issue we dealt with.
It is evident she is a strong leader and cares about delivering exceptional quality every time. Because she did not shy away from a bad experience and directly addressed my prior concerns in person, I will make sure that my future pizza orders come from her store.
Quality employees are difficult to come by, quality leaders are almost nonexistent, and it is evident that Abby is a fantastic leader in a sometimes thankless job.
Thank you for turning my experience around with your store, it is an experience I will not soon forget.

Pizza Hut isn't what it use to be, it's just a regular ol pizza like Domino's, blah crust, skimpy toppings, it use to be good, don't need bargain pizza, just good freaking pizza, 5star has all the commercial pizzas beat by far
