Pizza Hut isn't what it use to be, it's just a regular ol pizza like Domino's, blah crust, skimpy toppings, it use to be good, don't need bargain pizza, just good freaking pizza, 5star has all the commercial pizzas beat by far

I'm seeing a small ocean of bad reviews for this place.So, I ordered, and so far, first try was fine. Newbie at the register, messed up his math on the change but that's growing pains, and he was polite about it.I'll update this review after I've had a few more orders here, let's see how it goes.

My pregnant wife on bed rest ordered delivery while I was at work. She called me crying saying the pizza has been delivered but not to our house. We have a 4K security system that covers every corner of our house plus door bell cameras. There was no pizza delivered an hour before or an hour after it showed delivered on the app. She called the store and the store manager said it shows delivered not my problem since you chose contactless delivery. The store manager then Said walk around your yard looking at the trash cans and side yard for your pizza. She explained again that she was pregnant and on bed rest. She basically said not my problem come into the store for refund. She then explained again about the bed rest part. To which she was told to call corporate for a refund. This Pizza Hut sucks. Spend your money somewhere else. Corporate pizza hit said they would investigate and possibly give our money back. Possibly. But we used a credit card and did a credit card. fraud dispute. This Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t care and got charged as such on our card.
Worst customer service ever encountered!! When my wife ordered 3 items but when the pizza delivery arrived we only received 2 items. I called the store the manager on duty first apologized and said she will have it delivered as soon as possible. But when I ask when will that happened her response was 45 minutes to 1 hour. Now we all know of this happened in eat in restaurant it would be made on the fly within 15 -20 minutes. Now I live 4 minutes away from this store so I know it can happen. But her next excuse is that they are short on drivers. My response was it not my problem. I had to pick the item even after paying for the delivery charge. When I contacted customer service that same night I assumed someone would contact me on Monday. Never happened… I finally called customer service 6 days laterand the person said that according to her notes someone had already contacted which was not true. Then customer service rep said someone would contact me later in the evening. Next day I called customer service and the rep said again according to her notes someone contacted me at 9:58pm last night. Not true again. Customer service rep said that someone will be contacting me soon. Later that evening someone from this store contacted me but by email. Poorly written email like it was copied and paste. “indicated that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We’d like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. In an effort to continue to improve we will share your feedback with our teams.” Can’t really express just how disappointed and how poorly customer service has fallen. In my days “customer is always right” and made it right. But this store! Shame on you!!

Abby racist let all the white ppl get the best tip tickets, her having a black boyfriend is a cover up please don’t waste your time workin there, an Apostles liar. The whole management team need to switch out they all go to kickbacks an drink an smoke weed together. Not professional at all, I pray for the hut team .

Terrible. Upon hiring does this establishment interview or train for customer service skills? I paid for delivery services/goods that were not rendered in full and the alleged manager claimed it was “my problem” in more or less words. Incredibly rude and unprofessional services from the time I placed my order. I will not be a repeat customer and I’d never recommend this particular establishment.
