my food has been out for delivery for over an hour when I called the store they had no answers for me!!!! I live 4 minutes away! yet over an hour for it to be delivered after already waiting an hour for it to to be made!!!!! garbage garbage garbage
My order took over two hours to actually get here and I live not even a half mile from the store. Okay I get that they’re busy but then I open my pizza and my order is not correct. Why am I paying extra money for my order to be how I like it and then not get what I asked? On top of it being ridiculously soggy and I’m not sure if that’s from undercooking it or because it was completely cold. When my ordered was delivered to my home it was wrong. I called back immediately and spoke to Suezett. Who recalled my order. It was taken correct but I still received the wrong thing. She asked if I wanted a credit or a redeliver? I chose to have the item redelivered. Shortly after I hung up my husband (he did the original order from his phone) got a call from Pizza Hut saying make sure I give back the item that was incorrect!
