Not a good sign when even the lady training the new hire has zero customer service skills. Strongly recommend against paying in advance, as I had to abandon my order after being ignored for far too long. Too many other food options in this area to put up that during off peak hours.

My pizza was wrong I ordered a med pan with peperoni sausage extra sauce belpepper mushrooms, I got no sauce no mushrooms no belpepper. This was the first time my pizza was wrong. Not happy

This was the worst experience. I called the store about my cold pizza delivery the girl hung up on me and I literally just wanted a remake. Delivery said delivered at 450 didn't show up till 516. (Why mark it delivered if not delivered)

This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Not only was the staff rude, but they were also dismissive. I placed a large online order and called in to request my wings to be fried crispy. When I called, I asked if my wings could be fried hard. They informed me that I needed to make the request online. I asked to speak with someone else, and the staff member disconnected the call.
I called a second time and was greeted by the store manager, Chris. I explained that I was only calling to request my wings be fried hard. He said no problem and asked me to hold. After being placed on hold for 15-20 minutes, I disconnected and called back a third time with the same request. Again, I was placed on hold, this time for over 30 minutes.
When I arrived at the location to pick up my order, I was still on hold. The store was empty, and the manager was laughing with a coworker. Frustrated, I stated that I had been on hold for over 30 minutes. Chris had the audacity to claim he had customers coming into the store. I reminded him that I, too, was a customer and should not be treated poorly for placing my order online. Chris's rude and dismissive attitude is the reason I wouldn't recommend anyone order from this place. It is inappropriate, and he should be removed from his position immediately.

It’s first time I have seen a pizza hot with horrible customer service.
Very rude, the asked me to go cross street to Walmart to get them change for $100. Toilet is not for customers and very disrespectful employees.

I ordered a veggie pizza with beef stuffed crust pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza original pan crust. I ended up getting both wrong. The veggie pizza had no beef and the buffalo chicken pizza barley had chicken on it and it ended up being and thin crust with hardly any flavor. I tried 6 times to call and get a remake. I was told it would be 50 mins but I still never got it so I tried calling back and was put on hold by the call center and waited to hear back. A few times I was disconnected. I ended up giving up. I may just have to go to the business and see if they can fix it in person.
