I ordered a veggie pizza with beef stuffed crust pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza original pan crust. I ended up getting both wrong. The veggie pizza had no beef and the buffalo chicken pizza barley had chicken on it and it ended up being and thin crust with hardly any flavor. I tried 6 times to call and get a remake. I was told it would be 50 mins but I still never got it so I tried calling back and was put on hold by the call center and waited to hear back. A few times I was disconnected. I ended up giving up. I may just have to go to the business and see if they can fix it in person.
The delivery driver did not deliver the food to my house. He or she gave it to my neighbors.

My pizza and wings were hot and ready to devour. I had a large supreme pizza . I also had the eight piece boneless honey wings and they were delicious.Vegetarian options: You can build your own vegetarian pizza upon ordering.

I ordered a large hand toss Pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and extra cheese. I also redeemed my points for a free box of bread sticks.Stated my order would take 43 to 52 minutes, which was fine. What wasn't fine is when I receive a text stating my order is out for delivery an IT TAKES an additional 40 minutes to be delivered to me.Needless to say everything was cold. Cheese hard an cold in pizza, bread sticks hard in cold. Do to the time of the evening it was almost 11 pm before we got our food an Pizza Hut was closing. I did not call them. But like they would have done anything that evening since they were closing. So we reheated the pizza. No where as good as if it was delivered in a timely manner an right from the oven with your toppings hot an cheese is hot an cheesy. Bread sticks just got harder from reheating them so through them out.Should of just put a frozen pizza in. Very unhappy customer.Note : To future orders don't call Pizza Hut at 9 pm an expect hot fresh Pizza.Ugh!!!
