One one is never at the window to greet customers they are very rude ignore the customer and stand there with very nasty attitude when they do decide to come to the window

The general manager is very unprofessional I made a order for delivery on the phone he never asked if it was cash or credit card from assuming that I could pay with credit card when I get there very unprofessional the pizza came and instead of taking a payment over the phone he made the deliverer driver returned my order when I was speaking to him he was very dismissive he over talked me and was very unprofessional I called back and asked him professionally to give me the number to his managers or district or regional he did not give me that information and told me that it was not necessary so I'm going to corporate on this issue and I'm sure how he responds that these are not no isolated incidents if we are the consumer then we should be treated with respect and professionalism.

This is the worst, slowest pizza hut I've ever be to, and they like to ignore customers. They act like they don't hear the bell when customers walk in, and take the phone off the hook to stop getting calls. You can hear employees cussing in the back and complaining about working. Waited 20 min after order was supposed to be done, then just left.

I was hungry and I'm a truck driver so I called my order in before work, and while I was on my way to work I called in my order, and by the time I got there my pizza was ready and steaming hot.
