Place nasty nasty people working here they never in the front always got a attitude always on the side of the building smoking I think they should get a new crew everything new folks they need
I went at 11 and the guy said he wasn’t taking any orders because he was trying to close. The store doesn’t close till 12. I did a mobile order and he canceled it.

The girl behind the counter was so rude, nasty disposition The other lady that was waiting on her pizza, heard it all ,seen it all.!!

I called in a order order online said it was ready came to pick it up..
Manager cannot find my pizza did not let anybody else know..
They served 4 to 5 other people after that I asked if the manager ever found my pizza cuz he was dealing with my order not anybody else.. so I sat there waiting on this guy for 20 minutes after the online order said it was ready so it took me 40 minutes to receive one pizza
While I was waiting a little girl with her father needed to use the restroom and they denied the little lady use of the facilities while they didn't know how to make pizzas or get them out correctly to the people.
While I was there I seen two orders come back open the pizza it looks like it was just threw up on it was not very appealing..
Pizza Hut y'all could do a lot better and the very worst experience with pizza I have ever had

I made an online order for (2) med meat lovers. Went to pick it up, there was a slight wait only for me to get my order, get home and this is not even what I ordered. I called back to let them know my order is not what I ordered and have been on hold for 17 mins. This is the worst customer service and location EVER!!!! I wish I could give no stars. The only reason why I went there is because my daughter placed the order.
Update: I went back in there being they put me on hold and never came back to the phone my phones were still on hold when I walked in. Ask that they remake them over, the guy got the pizzas that I had brought back only add some sausage and gave the same pizzas back to me. They don't have to worry about me ever coming back to this place.
One one is never at the window to greet customers they are very rude ignore the customer and stand there with very nasty attitude when they do decide to come to the window

The general manager is very unprofessional I made a order for delivery on the phone he never asked if it was cash or credit card from assuming that I could pay with credit card when I get there very unprofessional the pizza came and instead of taking a payment over the phone he made the deliverer driver returned my order when I was speaking to him he was very dismissive he over talked me and was very unprofessional I called back and asked him professionally to give me the number to his managers or district or regional he did not give me that information and told me that it was not necessary so I'm going to corporate on this issue and I'm sure how he responds that these are not no isolated incidents if we are the consumer then we should be treated with respect and professionalism.
