So my wife just had a baby and we ordered our food first. Then the lady said "o they won't let you use the restroom" now this all came without her even asking. I will never spend money at your crappy store again. You know some people aren't dope heads. Some people simply need to use the bathroom. This place is appalling. I will never come here again.

So I placed my order online one of my pizzas I ordered was a Cheese Pizza with tomatoes and a pesto drizzle. Once my son got home with the pizzas I noticed that they did not put the pesto on my pizza and they charged me for it I called to let them know what was going on the young lady said she needed to speak with the manager his response was if you bring the pizza back we will put it on the pizza to me that was so unprofessional because if you did not prepare my pizza correctly you should have remade the whole pizza The proper way needless to say I went up there to get a refund when I got there they're very rude they're no one there to acknowledge the customers as they come in they were all standing in the back talking and laughing and eating food the manager as well as employees I could literally see them eating Chinese food in the prepare area which is gross. Then they didn't even do a proper refund instead of giving me my dollars and the change that I should have received they just gave me the dollar bills no change was received so I did not get a proper refund and I wasn't gonna go back-and-forth with them for some change. I would just say that they need work on customer service as well as reading orders properly and preparing them properly plus the pizza was overcooked.

-Ordered at 5:30PM for late delivery (7:30PM) -Opened the box and could immediately tell that it sat there for 2 whole hours. -They tried to warm it back up -Ordered Spicey Marinara -Received Regular with no Pesto which I paid for.

I would put a zero star if there is an option I ordered pizza and requested no ham on it and when I told the delivery lady she laughed at my face and didn’t care and they were so rude to me !!!!
