Ordered on phone...order never went through .I got there no food for me ...so I waited an hour and half for my pizzas ...worse part the pizzas where cold, when I had a bite in the truck so no more main st pizza hut for me. It didn't taste right my opinion

If I could give negative stars, I would. Placed an order for delivery and a DoorDash driver went to pick it up. Then another driver was assigned to it, but when she got to there, they refused to give her the order because, according to them, someone already picked up the order, which we never received.Called the store 3 times (which was just customer service). First call, got hung up on after verifying the phone number. Second call, got hung up on while on hold. Last call, got placed on hold and stayed on hold, never receiving any help. Now, my account is locked “due to security issues”.Pizza Hut is an absolute joke.
Shout out to James at the Pizzahut on main Street. The food was good and fresh. Also, James provided Excellent customer service!Thank you James for making my experience Great! ??

I ordered a pizza and 2 orders of wings. The app said out for delivery around a half hour before the driver texted that he had my food. He was here soon after, but only had my pizza, not the wings, and the pizza was cold. When I called, the "young lady" that answered said they were busy and didn't have time for me. Call back later." I called back an hour later and requested a manager. I was placed on hold for close to 30 minutes before I gave up without ever speaking to anyone else. I always thought well of Pizza Hut, in part because they gave me my first job 36 years ago, and I loved the environment and the people I worked with. We were all dedicated to the idea of customer service. I guess the concept of customer service no longer exists.

This is the sorriest pizza hut of them all. They are highly unprofessional. Imagine waiting for 3 hrs for your food only to be told you can't get a receipt for your food that has already been cancelled The manager and employee were literally about to have a fight in front of customers and was more focused on fighting then servicing the customers that were in the store. This location needs to be shut down because this is not the first encounter with their unprofessionalism. The manager at this location needs to be fired because she does not know how to manage and she is extremely ghetto. And I usually don't use that word as a black female myself but a spade is a SPADE. Corporate needs to shut this location down and start over. Forget renovations or whatever they got going on RENOVATE the EMPLOYEES. Start there I will be contacting corporate in addition to voicing my concerns on EVERY PLATFORM AVAILABLE.
