Ordered from pizza hut and only got half my order. Called and guy was rude and left me on hold, so I called back and he had an attitude again. manager got on the phone and even though he made excuses said he would make it right. Waited again for my delivery and it was wrong. An 1½ wait and $26 down the drain. Im drained at this point 😔

This is a small to go place. There are 4 chairs for the customers. Not the cleanest. Very dated. The cashier is very pleasant. The Italian meats pasta is delicious. The breadstick with cheese are yummy. Hot. Crispy. Well cooked. The price here seems a bit less than the last restaurants we went. You should try the bacon cheese sticks for 7 dollars. They are phenomenal. You log in their wifi and you can see their special and menu. I’ll return.

This was the worst experience. My delivery got canceled by and the store told me to come pick it up and when I told them I couldn't they just hung up and showed up 3hrs later with cold pizza

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. Service is terrible and late. I ordered pizza two days ahead for an event and still had to send someone to pick it up after paying for delivery because they were "too busy". Just awful!

I have to put one start to be able to leave a review. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your money in here. I placed a order and everything was nasty and cold. I did not order a Thin pizza because i hate them and that is what they send me. This pizza is so hard. My order was not complete at all, I am missing things in here. I have call more than 10x to this place and they do NOT pick up. Customer service said to keep calling and they do not pick up. Do not spend the money in here because there is no way to get it back either. Unless you go to the store.
I usually opt for delivery, however this time I went for carry-out. When I arrived, my pizza was ready, the wings were not although I had allowed sufficient time from order to arrival for them to be prepared. While standing in the lobby among other customers waiting for their orders, the workers were in the back loudly cussing up a storm for quite a while. I am glad that I didn't bring my 8-year old with me. The female manager was in on the loud cursing so no wonder why the employees did as well. Not a pleasant environment.

Why bother using the app and why bother sending a confirmation email with a "ready time," and wait 30 minutes every time??
The pizza was terrible. It was too thin, smeared sauce and little pepperoni .The crust" was dry and brittle. I'll never purchase food from Pizza Hut again.

6:40 pm 8/5/24 the manager is abhorrent. I was picking up an order and was shocked by the amount of profanity being spewed out of his mouth. He was loud and had no concern whatsoever about the customers inside. Embarrassed for whoever owns this place

1 star because there is no option for no-stars. Oredered the Chicgo Tavern Pizza which was delivered stone cold and the driver was not using a keep warm bag for delivery. Our request under special instructions for a pie cut instead of cross cut was completely ignored. A zero star complete disaster.
