This place has went DOWN hill! The last few times we have ordered they’ve messed up our order and didn’t bring everything we purchased. When called to tell them and it’s always oh yeah you have to drive to get it. Why would I have to drive to get it after paying 5.19 delivery fee and the driver tip?!?

Awful!!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered a NY pizza for delivery. It was too salty, soggy and undercooked; no love or care was put into this pizza. My last experience with Pizza Hut; good bye forever.

Placed one singular pizza on the personal pizza deal day for July. It was one personal pan pepperoni, got in the car and realized it was cheese. The receipt clearly said pepperoni, so they obviously just bagged the wrong pizza.Went in and they put it in as a remake, absolutely refused to move it up the line, which was already a really long line. Told us it would take 15 mins at first but the screen said 40. I’ve worked in fast food before, this is not a normal nor good policy. Usually for a remake they will do everything in their power to prioritize it, which yeah, sometimes that means delaying one other person five minutes rather than delaying the other 40 because they made a mistake. If the other costumer ends up mad, that’s on them, don’t make that mistake again. Management needs to step it up if they think it’s okay to have someone wait that long when they are the ones who messed up the order. While we were there we saw two other people have messed up orders and they did the same thing.
They also don’t apparently have any real system for lodging complaints so it seems there isn’t much that’s going to happen about it.They also only had one employee at the front, who kept getting called back to the kitchen to take care of things and was clearly overwhelmed. They absolutely should have scheduled at least one other employee on a day like this, when they absolutely should have known it would be unusually busy. Plus there was an employee who kept cursing loudly, and one who kept going back to the office we could clearly see in the back and checking her phone, she’d spend at least 3-4 minutes there every time even though they were very busy. Don’t go to this location, they clearly don’t know to handle business or have any standards for costumer service.

They messed up our order and then told us it would be an hour to fix it. It was 1 personal pan pizza and they refused to push it up the line. It was their mistake not ours. Our other food is now cold waiting on this one pizza. I get that they are busy, but they made a mistake.

I drove all the way out to this remote Pizza Hut, only for them to have forget to make my pizza. I only assumed that cause there was no business-customer communication and more or less twiddling my thumbs waiting for my order then I finally get it. First and last time ordering from this location

Everytime I come to this location, they get my order wrong and then act like it's my fault. Tonight I repeated my order several times. The register froze, then went to another register to take my order again and he still got it wrong. Then wanted me to place the order again to get the correct food! Very frustrating!
