I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!😊

We placed an order only to have the food completely wrong, cold, and missing half the order. Not to mention the box smelled like cigs and the black lady who delivered our pizza was snarky and smelled of cigs. Thanks for the side order of nicotine I guess. She had what looked like a buzz cut under that hat of hers. If I ever order from this location again, and a BIG IF, I pray I don’t get that same delivery driver.

Picked up a large pepperoni this afternoon. The pizza was made to my specifications and was very good. I do miss the days when the Hut used only fresh dough, but that is the past. The only tip I would offer this location is that your front lobby area needs a good cleaning. It smelled like a wet dog today and was quite over-powering. It could have been one of the people that were waiting, but it was pretty bad.

This place has went DOWN hill! The last few times we have ordered they’ve messed up our order and didn’t bring everything we purchased. When called to tell them and it’s always oh yeah you have to drive to get it. Why would I have to drive to get it after paying 5.19 delivery fee and the driver tip?!?
