I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the...

Picked up a large pepperoni this afternoon. The pizza was made to my specifications and was very good. I do miss the days when the Hut used only fresh dough, but that is the past. The only tip I would offer this location is that your front lobby area needs a good cleaning. It smelled like a wet dog today and was quite over-powering. It could have been one of the people that were waiting, but it was pretty bad.

Everytime I come to this location, they get my order wrong and then act like it's my fault. Tonight I repeated my order several times. The register froze, then went to another register to take my order again and he still got it wrong. Then wanted me to place the order again to get the correct food! Very frustrating!
