The meanest man confronted me as soon as I walked in, and said, you with door dash, I answered yes and began to tell him customer name. He rudely interrupted and demanded I accept the order. I told him I accepted the order, is the reason I'm there, he said I will accept now and show him or else I can get out and he's not going to deal with door dash Such a mean man, totally incompetent and should not be allowed any job where he deals with people

Ordered a pizza at 6pm. Called at 7 and they could not find it. Supposedly canceled the order and took it again for delivery. Called at 8pm,still no Pizza! Got a call center and they said it will take a few minutes to call the store. I said never-ordering, never ordering pizza hut again!

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. Ordered delivery and was forced to provide a tip online FOR THE NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING DOORDASH DRIVER. The order was prepared by totally incompetent idiots who don't deserve $5 an hour let alone the $20 the state was recently blackmailed into giving them. The DOORDASH driver says "I ...UH...Order me pick up and I give you." Two of the three items were WRONG. One pizza wasn't even close and the other wasn't the right crust . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE IMBECILES AGAIN.

Picked up an order tonight. We ordered from here often, usually delivery which is always good. I just recently downloaded the app which makes ordering SO much easier. The staff working this evening were hustling. They were busy and everyone was really working. Food was perfect. The girl at the front apologized and said we may have to wait a bit, but it came out timely. I appreciated her communication. Kudos to them all tonight.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a curbside pizza, waited 20 minutes for my pizza to be delivered when they have a 2 minute guarantee. Tired calling 3 times and heard absolutely nothing, no answer. Finally the guy delivered the pizza and I told him that I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and he just looked at me like I was stupid and I got no apology at all. 0/10 on customer service. Absolutely horrible experience.

Wrong ordered was delivered and spent 2 hours trying to reach the store but they wouldn’t answer the phone and the couple times they did they picked up and hung up right away. Worst pizza place in the area . Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Always missing items, then when I call, no answer. Happened to me at least 3-5. I would order dominoe if they can deliver because this place is getting forgetful. I spent my money and never received it.

I placed an online order around 1pm, for delivery for 5:30pm. The deliver man delivered 1 pizza and boneless wings around 6pm. I ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread, and a brownie for a group of trick or treaters. I told him it was the wrong order, he said it was not and drove off. I tried calling several times, and left a message. I sent my husband back with the wrong order. Over an hour later, they still did not correct the order and he left. 70$ down the drain and starving kids. Well done Pizza Hut. Never again. Terrible customer service!

I preordered a pizza for 5pm pickup, i did not receive pizza until 615pm. Then as they are rushing the pizza when we get home the presentation wasnt good. I will probably never go to this location again as they seem to frequently have computer issues, resourcing of employee shortages and overall inconsistent customer service.
