Food was fast and fresh. Toppings were a good amount. Some places try to short you on the toppings. Recently switched from hand tossed to thin and crispy crust for lower calories. It's a nice crust. Staff was friendly and effective. Not a fan of paying extra for sprinkle cheese. Here they don't seem to charge you but some pizza huts do charge.

Horrible! Placed an order for 2 pizzas (one gluten free) and an order of cinnamon sticks, went to pick it up and was told the order couldn’t be found. We gave a confirmation number and miraculously it was found - but the order was cancelled. When we questioned the “manager”, we were told the order was cancelled due to them not having gluten free pizza crust. They said they called me, which they did, but I wasn’t at my phone to answer it. No voicemail, no text or no additional phone calls - just cancelled the order. Who does that?!? The staff didn’t give a damn about it, no apology - just a shoulder shrug and the look of “I couldn’t care less”. We left and went to Dominos. We won’t be back to this location. Atrocious service.
Its decent, they won't read the pizza specific instructions and I doubt they care so if you need to add specific instructions, go to the beach blvd store, not here.

Pizza is tasteless. Delivery took forever. The doordash driver who now delivers for pizza hut did nothing but complain. Two people in the car one seemed to be smoking and they had a dog with them which we had to keep out of our house and remind them to take with them.
