Or did he have us a fine frame he hung up in our face so we called back and the same guy took the call and say yea …… this isn’t proper way to. To answer Business phone wow

My order was 23.46 I came outside with 2 20 dollar bills and the female said "I don't have change" she kept my 17.00 for a tip and basically robbed me. Then said I needed to feed the cats there was an empty food bowl outside that doesn't even belong to me a d the cats don't either... I e never felt like punching someone in the face so bad

Welcomed and greeted when I entered the store by the friendly staff. The pizzas and traditional chicken and melts I purchased were perfectly made, very tasty and fresh. My family was very thrilled and happy. We will certainly be back again. Keep up the great work!? NO ONE CAN OUTPIZZA THE HUT!!!???
This is the worst pizza Hut ever. Can u believe first they could not find my order and said it's in oven. They check oven and pizza is not there, it was at the rack the whole time unlabeled. Then the cinnamon sticks got burned and I had to wait an additional 6min. While waiting I ask to use bathroom and one guy tell me the bathroom is locked because we're having problems with the homeless. I ask the manager to use bathroom and he says is only for employees. I really don't understand their customer service skills. I won't be ordering from this location or any of their locations. They really ruined my night and their customer service is awful especially the manager.

Went and picked up lunch for me and my coworker and the gentleman (Gregory or Jeremy I think) was very kind. Greeted me once I came in and asked if we needed plates and napkins. Food is tasty, atmosphere is great. I will say we ordered and paid extra for cheese sticks but got bread sticks instead and I asked for a garlic and was given an icing cup. But other than that it was great. I promised a review so here it is. Will be back, hopefully for some cheese sticks next time ?

My pizza was missing the mushrooms that I ordered and my crust was burnt! I called to see if they can redo my pizza but I got put on hold for almost 15 minutes!! I would like to get a refund and a free pizza for this bad service!

Horrible pizza. Horrible customer service. Delivery driver continued to get lost and refused to walk up the stairs to deliver the pizza. Pizza undercarriage was slimy and floppy . I had a supreme pizza and all the ingridents just slid off the pizza along with the cheese everytime I tried to bite it. It's clear this Pizza Hut just throws anything in a pizza box regardless of the condition. Never will eat here again.
