I bit my tongue, took the box of food that I paid for, walked out the door and threw it in the trashcan.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza to go and it came exactly as ordered—hot, fresh, and delicious! The crust was perfectly cheesy, and while it was a little on the greasy side, that’s to be expected with stuffed crust. Overall, a great pizza and would definitely order again.

Stood in lobby and waited to pickup my order for 15 to 20 minutes. Not a single person has said a word to me. These guys literally dont care about your food or your service

I placed a pick-up order over the phone, but they got my order wrong. I reached out to the store to let them know, and they offered me credit to use for my next visit. A week later, when I decided to use the credit, I went to the store, but the manager, Jose, stated he couldn’t find any credit under my phone number. He acknowledged that they had made an incorrect order but refused to do anything about it. I ended up paying for my order and went about my day, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service at this store.

Absolutely horrible, every time!! Tonight I placed a $70 order for delivery. When my food gets delivered there is sauce all over all of my boxes and it’s all the sauce that is supposed to be in tithe wings and now the wings are dry. It’s always some kind of issue at this location. They need new staff and new managers because they don’t even care if stuff is wrong. I recently was supposed to be a given a refund that was never given and I had to contact my bank. I will be telling everyone I know not to order from this location.

Ordered pizza and they sent doordash instead of a regular delivery driver. Said that door dash sent the food back to the restaurant cause they couldn't find us and said they called us, we never received a phone call. So we called again to reorder and still never received the food. Still waiting for food. Not to mention we're only 5 minutes away. So why does it take over 2 hours for us to get food. Ended up ordering pizza somewhere else and still waiting on pizza hut as we speak.

Update to my review in July, 2025: This place has gone downhill in a BIG way. Don't even think about ordering on Tuesday for the deal on personal pizzas. I showed up and was told it would be an additional 45 minutes before my pizza would be ready... Beyond the time they said it would be ready. Cancelled my order along with at least 2 other customers in front of me experiencing the same thing. EVERY employee there had a deer in headlights look on their face. Honestly I have no idea how this establishment survived. And on top of it, I had a woman decide to go all racist on me in there, physically ramming into me, and every employee just stood there watching it not saying a darn thing. Thank Pizza Hut!! Because of this, I will no longer be ordering from this company. Not that you care... But oh well

Today I buy 4 personal for the $2 Tuesday deal and end up getting slices of pizza . They just end making regular size pizza and give you slices of pizza.🙄🙄🙄🤬 not personal pan pizza. Which isn't the deal and they also didn't have any mushrooms. Definitely will be going to another pizza hut the $2 Tuesday deal next week.

Right down the road from us but was still delivered cold. Can overload a supreme pizza but forgets ingredients on a pizza with two ingredients. Tastes like cardboard.

I got the family meal deal 2 pizzas wings and sticks. The pizzas were thin crust which I've had before a.pizza hut and other places. They were both extremely dry you could break a piece in half like a cracker. I would bring them back if I lived closer. I've had problems before but this just ruined our dinner and a waste of $30.

The app said it would take 15min for carryout, it took them 35min. we ordered 2 pies, 1 with ham and pineapple the 2nd pie just pepperoni. They decided to put all 3 toppings on 1 pie and the 2nd pie cheese by itself. I'm sure you understand what I wanted based on the previous sentence, why couldn't they? Almost felt like it was done intentionally based on the other reviews. This store definitely needs a new team, and the difference should start from the top
