Don't order from here. I entered all of my info and they claim they didn't get it. I watched the driver sit at the entrance to my neighborhood on the app and I never got a phone call, they claimed they did call but I had my phone with me the whole time. I then watched the driver bring the food back to the store and mark it delivered. I had to call them to fix the issue which negates the point of using the mobile app. Wish I could take away the tip.
Edit: when the delivery guy finally got here, he just kept berating me until I had to say "I have my food now, goodbye" and lock my door. This place is beyond horrible. Of all the one star reviews I've done this one takes the cake. Across all industries. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Calling corporate when they open Monday unless this get redelivered the correct way. Super disappointed I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and occasionally I will say the cinnamon rolls are a little on the underdone side or super soft whatever yall want to call it so we usually crisp those up in the oven and they’re fine and have good flavor. The issue today was.. everything was actually fast and correct but everything we ordered was under done. And what made it even worse is… we just moved to these condos and are having issues transferring jea so we don’t have power and have been opening windows they’ll be out soon the time got pushed due to a hurricane that never happened here. Anyways today the pizza and both desserts were not cooked enough. And this time we didn’t have the luxury of fixing it ourselves like we usually do. I kinda was nervous about the cinnamon rolls not being done enough which is why I got brownies as well and of course the brownies are falling apart gooey soggy just not good. The delivery guy was nice. That’s about the only pro here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The pizza also seemed like it needed a few more minutes. Which is confusing me the order did get here extremely fast but don’t yall cook all the pizzas for the exact same amount of time.

The first time I ordered from this place by app I never got my receipt so someone added a tip. I called and they said they couldn’t add a tip if I ordered by app which I know is a lie since you can if I add it to the receipt, I didn’t mind that they don’t give refunds since I didn’t care. The part that upset me was the stealing and lies. They gave me a credit for the tip Amount and we moved forward. I was never going to order from them again since this location gave me bad vibes but I did yesterday night and they first person I spoke to was lovely. She was super nice and helpful, I had called back cause I forgot about the credit at first and asked for it to be applied. I called was hung up on, I know because I heard the store in the background and then nothing, they could’ve and should’ve put me in hold but nope answer and hang up, the second person I spoke to seemed like they had an attitude for no reason. I get you’ve had a long night and work shift but why have it with me? I only gave 1 stars because of the lovely girl I spoke to on the phone that was nice enough to tell me the specials and was patient with me.
