The app said it would take 15min for carryout, it took them 35min. we ordered 2 pies, 1 with ham and pineapple the 2nd pie just pepperoni. They decided to put all 3 toppings on 1 pie and the 2nd pie cheese by itself. I'm sure you understand what I wanted based on the previous sentence, why couldn't they? Almost felt like it was done intentionally based on the other reviews. This store definitely needs a new team, and the difference should start from the top

I've eaten pizza hut my entire life all over the U.S. this is by far the absolute best location I've ever ordered from. Pizza is always excellent and arrives hot. They get my order right every single time. I'm glad I live near this location!!!

Service at the counter is not client centered. No menu available at the counter. Not all Pizza Huts are the same but I might as well have went to the competitor and got better tasting pizza for less at just around the corner. I just want this location to do better.

Every time I go to the store I get something that's not right anytime I try to call and talk to the district manager because the manager there is so rude I cannot get a hold of anybody not even from the corporate office if I go on their website to complain as a tell you to it does not happen I've had to reach out to other stores to see if they can get me a district manager to get a hold of that district manager because I can't get a hold of the corporate office as well this is piss poor customer service this has been going on for more than a month and still have got no response back from anybody from Pizza Hut

The best Pizza Hut experience I have had since the early 90's. I go for the Pepperoni Lovers however, the newer toppings (like the chicken sausage and garlic) really make this my favorite chain pizza restaurant. Not to mention the excellent customer service at this location in particular.

They out source to door dash even though I ordered from their website. Then the door dasher doesn't give me my full order and I'm told that the any fixes has to go through door dash when I didn't even order through door dash. It was only 2 items! How does someone forget half the order?!
Zero customer service. They don't acknowledge you and don't serve you. I waited for ten minutes and then left and went somewhere else.

Horrible service wrong crust and they wouldn't do anything to fix the issue plus was quoted 15 mins online took 1.5 hrs guy on the phone was worthless warm body answering a phone offered nothing to fix the situation just absolutely worthless soul working there.
