He went directly to grabbing my food and assembling my food, his response was mind blowing”well. Do you want a refund” is what I was asked the tone his demeanor him throwing up his hands mind blowing . I bit my tongue, took the box of food that I paid for, walked out the door and threw it in the trashcan.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza to go and it came exactly as ordered—hot, fresh, and delicious! The crust was perfectly cheesy, and while it was a little on the greasy side, that’s to be expected with stuffed crust. Overall, a great pizza and would definitely order again.

Stood in lobby and waited to pickup my order for 15 to 20 minutes. Not a single person has said a word to me. These guys literally dont care about your food or your service

I placed a pick-up order over the phone, but they got my order wrong. I reached out to the store to let them know, and they offered me credit to use for my next visit. A week later, when I decided to use the credit, I went to the store, but the manager, Jose, stated he couldn’t find any credit under my phone number. He acknowledged that they had made an incorrect order but refused to do anything about it. I ended up paying for my order and went about my day, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service at this store.

Absolutely horrible, every time!! Tonight I placed a $70 order for delivery. When my food gets delivered there is sauce all over all of my boxes and it’s all the sauce that is supposed to be in tithe wings and now the wings are dry. It’s always some kind of issue at this location. They need new staff and new managers because they don’t even care if stuff is wrong. I recently was supposed to be a given a refund that was never given and I had to contact my bank. I will be telling everyone I know not to order from this location.

Ordered pizza and they sent doordash instead of a regular delivery driver. Said that door dash sent the food back to the restaurant cause they couldn't find us and said they called us, we never received a phone call. So we called again to reorder and still never received the food. Still waiting for food. Not to mention we're only 5 minutes away. So why does it take over 2 hours for us to get food. Ended up ordering pizza somewhere else and still waiting on pizza hut as we speak.
